Jiper Wedding

Time: after hoo (probably about 5 years but idk)

POV: 3rd person but centred around Piper and her thoughts.

💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

Piper looked carefully at herself in the mirror, and she had to admit she looked great. Usually Piper tried to downplay her beauty (to no avail) but today she was glad she looked amazing. Because today she wanted all eyes on her. The white silk gown hugged her figure perfectly and the skirt cascaded to her feet like an avalanche, the ornate diamond encrusted bodice seemed to add an extra sparkle to her large, kaleidoscope eyes. In other words, Aphrodite had really outdone herself this time.

"Piper!" Percy gasped as he entered the room. He wasn't exactly what one would call perfectly composed for a wedding day- his ebony hair stuck out in every direction, like the ocean it was impossible to control, his tie was askew and he couldn't figure out how to put the corsage into his buttonhole.

"How do I look?" She asked- knowing she would get nothing more than an honest opinion.

After a moment of silence Percy replied,"you could give Aphrodite a run for her money!" Thunder rumbled in the sky outside.

Piper looked into his deep, sea green eyes that glistened with tears. "Don't cry, Percy! I'm the one who's getting married!" She laughed.

"I'm," he paused trying to hold back tears "well for one thing I'm not technically crying- just very close!" He laughed, but then added in a serious tone- not even attempting to hold back tears this time "I'm so honoured, Piper, so, so honoured that you asked me to give you away. You're my annoying little sister and I love you and I'm so proud of you," he leant down to hug Piper (who was an inch shorter than him even in heels!) "and if Jason ever hurts you he'll have me to answer to!"

Oh great, Piper thought, now it's me holding back tears!

"C'mon, Beauty queen, you have a wedding to attend!"

During the reception Piper sat alone at a circular table observing her guests. Percy and Annabeth were dancing wildly to 'under the sea' (courtesy of Leo), Frank and Hazel were avoiding each other after their rough and kind of awkward break up (courtesy of Leo- who was now with Hazel), Nico sat timidly in a remote corner of the ballroom, Jason was catching up with Thalia, and Leo- well who knew what Leo was doing. Piper was happier than she had ever been, she was with her friends- her family. All was well.

"I'd say two, maybe three months." said Danny, an Apollo camper, glancing at her stomach before walking away.

What!, Piper thought her eyes suddenly wide.
