"Oh dear, is she dead?"

"Can't you do anything without messing it up?"

"I had everything under control until you decided to show up!"

"Because you were about to kill her!"

"I was just scaring her, plus she saw me I had to!"

"Well done, your first mission in years and you managed to expose yourself and harm an innocent girl. You had one job!"

I was somewhere with two guys arguing in a British accent, or maybe I was still dreaming, I think I was too tangled up in the weirdness of Martin that I had a very weird dream about him.

I mentally snorted, a guy falling from the sky, changing his eye color and opening lockers by just looking at them then another guy appearing out of thin air?

I have been reading way too many fantasy books it has affected my brain. I also, somehow, managed to fit fainting while standing up in my dream. Physicians will be mind blown.

"What time is it?" I murmur to myself, my head aching.

"Here you go, she isn't dead, hope you're ecstatic now." The voice that was laced with disappointment sounded familiar. I opened my eyes and looked around me only to see Martin and the guy who just appeared.

It wasn't a dream? And I was standing up when I was unconscious?

"Yes, and you should be too. You know how the king feels about killing off innocents." The other guy scolded.

"She will tell everyone about what she saw. I have to silence her now." Martin whined

"Well, if you were careful she wouldn't have seen anything!" he retorted.

I was still so shocked. And the fact that they were discussing whether to kill me or not as if I wasn't standing in the same room -or gym in this case- was so weird.

"What the hell are you guys?" I whispered and they totally ignored me. Typical.

"If you had not dropped me off in the middle of the sky none of this would have happened!" Martin continued arguing.

"I did it on purpose, you earned it. Besides, it was something to behold." he chuckled to himself and Martin gave him a glare.

"You bastard, I knew it!"

"Enough of this, let's see what to do in this situation."

"Listen, Gabriel! I tried mind controlling her into believing that she was trying to kill herself and I saved her, because I have to be the hero in that story, I am just magnificent that way. But it did not work for some reason." He whispered the last part to himself.

"Maybe it didn't work because your abilities are weak. Or have you forgotten?'' The guy, whose name turned out to be Gabriel, said.

"I mind controlled Cressida into leaving her necklace in her locker, I do not know why it did not work on her." He pointed at me

"Maybe you consumed all of your energy" Gabriel stated and Martin rolled his eyes.

"That is some weird ass dream." I said rubbing my temples.

"Oh hello, thought you would never wake up." Martin gave me a bittersweet grin before a knife magically appeared in his hand "Stay back Gabriel, I have some unfinished business to take care of."

"No! The king will be very angry at you and you know what happened the last time he did." Gabriel pushed him back; Martin sighed and the knife disappeared.
