Hey guys, it's been a while (well a year to be exact sorry) but I have decided to come back to this story. I don't know if anyone still reads but if you are reading this right now, I love you.
Anyway, I have an announcement to make before the recap. I went back and edited the chapters (and found a lot of grammar/spelling mistakes it was cringe.) I removed/altered some scenes but it's nothing big so don't worry you don't have to go back and read, the only big change is that I deleted the last chapter (chapter 12) cause I had a change of plans.
"But what happened in chapter 12? We don't remember.'' WELL THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT HAHA, jk.
So, to get to the point, I really want to go on with this story, and I know I am not the best writer out there but I will try my hardest to not screw this one up and I would really like it if you guys stuck with me and I'd love your support, you have no idea how one comment makes my entire day!

RECAP:
Hope Adams is a 17 year old girl on her last year of high school, in the first day of school her friend Chloe tells her that a new student transferred to their school and his name is Martin Mckenzie.
Martin's weirdness sparks Hope's curiosity and one day he startles her as he falls from the sky, curious, she follows him and discovers that he can do magic. Martin tries to shut her up by threatening but then his friend Gabriel appears and asks her politely to keep what she saw a secret and that they are in search of some crystal.
A few days later, Martin asks Hope to go with him to a party as he is not yet very fully aware of how social things go in her world, Hope goes with him and there she meets Ryan, Ryan quickly captures her attention and she finds herself mysteriously drawn into him, they grow close in a really short time and Hope develops a crush on him.
Martin tells Hope for the first time that he located the crystal in her backyard but all they find there is a stone in a rusty box, the second time he tells her that he located it in a museum and they make plans to go to that museum on a field trip. After that, Hope has a fight with her closest friend Chloe, and it was right before Hope's birthday which upset her.
