"Welcome to our museum, it's a great pleasure to have you all here, as you know, we have one of the best collections-" I spaced out from whatever the guide was saying as he kept going on and on about the museum and what we were going to see.

"God, just get it over with already." I muttered angrily.

"Someone is grumpy today." Martin said from beside me.

Two weeks have passed since my fight with Chloe, and in those two weeks Martin has been my only friend. Ryan and I have gotten a lot closer as well, but for some reason, he was absent most of the time. Just like today, he said he couldn't come to the trip because he had some things to do.

"Another thing is touching the glass is forbidden- hey don't touch that, I just said not to touch the glass!" The guide directed at one of my classmates. "Hey you, you aren't supposed to take pictures!"

I laughed quietly, "Poor guy, he is going to have a rough time."

Martin sighed, "I wish I could cause some trouble as well, but I have to find the crystal."

Right, the crystal, the reason we were here on this trip in the first place. And if Martin finds it, he is going to leave and go back to where he came from.

"You know, this may seem selfish but a part of me wishes you wouldn't find it."

Martin gasped. "Damn, woman. Careful what you wish for my honour is at stake here!"

Martin's expressions softened when I didn't laugh. "What's wrong, Pinky?"

"It's nothing," I gave him a little smile. "I am just going to miss my annoying friend, that's all."

"Ha, I knew my charm would work on you." He exclaimed and I elbowed him. "That was uncalled for. In all seriousness, I am going to miss you too. But don't worry, you have your boyfriend to make up for it."

I blushed, "for the last time, Ryan is not my boyfriend!"

"He is going to be." He shrugged. "I wish I would be able to see him before I go, just to confirm that I am the better looking man."

"That's weird, I just realized that you two have never met." It was a little weird, since I spent most of the last two weeks with the two of them. Ryan even gave me a cute necklace on my birthday. "And by the way, Ryan is the better looking man."

"Whatever, you stick to the group and I will go search for the crystal." He said.

"Are you sure you are not going to get caught?"

"Pinky, I can do magic." Right.

"Where are you going Mr. McKenzie? You better not stir up some trouble!" Mrs. O'Connell hollowed at Martin.

"Your hair looks great today, Mrs. O'Connell" Martin grinned, her hair today was a little roughed up. And knowing Martin, he probably was the reason for that.

"You insolent child!"

"Man, this never gets old." Some student said to his friend and they both laughed.

The museum guide cleared his throat, obviously rethinking his life choices by now. "Loud voice isn't allowed either."

"You shut up or I am going to speak to the manager!" Mrs. O'Connell yelled.

A little while later, our museum guide, whose name turned out to be Stephen, was talking about some sculptures. I could see Peter rolling his eyes every few seconds and I was scared that it would fall off. Two students pulled out black markers, they snickered and were about to draw on a sculpture's face when Stephen wasn't looking but they stopped once Mrs. O'Connell gave them a death glare.
