I was in the kitchen making some breakfast as Lucas was helping along.

" Check on the muffins... ion want them to burn up " I said

He did as told and started fixing everyone a plate as I was setting up the island

I saw when Lucas pulled the pan out but he set it down quickly shaking his hand

" Ahh shit " he whined from the pain

" Aw you good babe? " I asked

" Yeah.. Just burned myself " he said

I walked over to him and looked at where he burned himself as I placed a kiss on it

He smiled as I did so back and set the plates down as he helped

" Kids! Diggy! Zae! Breakfast ready! " I yelled

It sounded like a stampede coming down them stairs

" 1st! " Jr yelled

" Your a bald headed cheater! " J'liyah said

" Actually J'liyah your the bald one cause you can't even fit your hair in one ponytail " Jr clapped back

" Ohh yeah? " J'liyah glared

He smiled at her as she rolled her eyes

I chuckled

" Y'all two argue too much.. cmon " I said grabbing two plates heading towards the dining area where their little kiddy table was

Jr sat down in his favorite Spider-Man chair as J'liyah sat in her princess one then Landon and London came in with Lucas

" Now y'all please don't have a food fight like last time or y'all won't get a cinnabon " Lucas said

" Yes sir " Jr said nodding his head and holding up the thumbs up being extra

I shook my head smiling

" Yeah that's definitely your son he extra just like ya " Lucas said while walking out

" Hey! " me and Jr said in unisons

Me and him looked at each other

" We'll get him later " I said

" Yeah we gone drown him in his sleep tonight " Jr said

" Good idea " I said

We high-fived and I walked out back to the kitchen

" Where is Zae? " I asked

Diggy looked at me with his mouth full and put his hand up

I rolled my eyes

" Fat ass nigga " I said sitting down in between them

" I can't help it... Ian had y'all food in so long. Y'all were my personal chefs " he said

I looked at him

" So you were using us to feed ya? Wow Daniel " I said as I took a bite of my french toast stick

He chuckled and I looked at Lucas

He was eating quietly to himself

" You good babe? " I asked

" Yeah I'm fine.... Just been hungry " he said

I gave him a look because he didn't look so well

He looked... pale..

I touched his face and he moved his head away then I instantly frowned
