● he is getting no sleep because of her

So friends with benefits? His wife?
I continued wandering and thinking, when I was heard by the cry of a baby coming from, Gaius 's chambers. I also heard him mumble " Merlin needs to tell the other so he can come take care of Angelica before I kill myself."
Tell the others....
Baby crying.....
Merlin.....
Take care of Angelica.....
That means.....

Arthur POV
We were on the training field. Merlin was complaining about being a dummy, and Gwain was late as usual.
We were working on foot work when Gwain burst into the field " Hey sorry I'm late. But I know who Angelica is to Merlin"
Merlin looked shocked, but amused " So, how did you find out"
" I had my suspicions but I heard her crying from the inside of Gaius's chambers, and heard Gaius mumbling about how you should tell the others so he doesn't have to deal with her"
" What are you talking about?" I shouted " Who is Angelica"
Merlin smiled " My daughter "
Jaws dropped
When everyone recover from their shock, Lancelot asked who the mom is. Merlin's expression darkened
"H-her name was Freya, she lived in a nearby village. She died about seven days after Angelica was born " Merlin was close to tears but he quickly wiped his eyes " Anyways Angelica just appeared at my door. She's pretty sweet and cute, you guys will most likely want to meet her so get Morgana and Gwen, because I want her to meet you all at once"
