Chapter 8: A Meeting

Naruto opened his eyes, and found himself in the sewer he had come to know as his mindscape, and the giant bars, as the Kyuubi's cage. He walked forward and knocked on the steel bars twice. 

"Fox, I need to talk to you." He shouted into what seemed like the eternal darkness. A loud growl could be heard, before the Kyuubi appeared, his giant form crouched down and his red eyes with black slits going down the middle glaring at Naruto murderously. 

"What do you want brat?" He snarled, however, Naruto didn't even flinch. 

"I have a question for you, and you have to answer truthfully." The Kyuubi seemed to smirk. 

"And if I don't?" Almost immediately, chains that came from the ground wrapped themselves around the large fox and pinned him to the ground, and Naruto had a pleased smirk on his face. 

"Then I'll keep you like this for the rest of your pathetic life." He answered coolly, his eyes twinkling in amusement. The Kyuubi did something that seemed like a sigh, before he nodded. 

"Fine. I'll talk. But only one question." 

"Actually, it's two." Naruto corrected, the large beast only rolled his eyes, indicating Naruto to go on. "You see, hear, remember everything I do, correct?" Naruto asked the beast. 

"Yes, even when you got on top of the Inuzuka girl for three hours straight until she passed out." Naruto smirked at the memory. 

"Okay, well, close your eyes for those moments eh? It'd be appreciated." He snapped his fingers and the chains disappeared. "Now for the second question," Naruto got serious. "Did I really kill that guys son and cut off his arm?" Kyuubi narrowed his eyes for a second, almost as if contemplating whether to tell the boy or not. 

"I'm not the only thing sealed." Was all he said before Naruto woke up. 

"Sensei, Tsunami-san says it's time for breakfast, come on." Sakura said, her head poking out the door to his room in Tazuna's house before she closed the door again. Naruto sat up, rubbing his eyes a little. 

Not the only thing sealed huh? Wonder what that means... Naruto thought before he got up and went downstairs. 

"Good morning everyone." He said cheerfully as he sat down next to Sakura and began eating. 

"Morning." Kiba muttered. It was obvious he wasn't a morning person. 

"Hn." Sasuke muttered as he put an egg in his mouth, his eyes half open. 

"Morning sensei." Sakura replied. Tazuna then decided to speak up. 

"Well, I'll be working on the bridge today, but Gato shouldn't be trying anything as of late. Ever since you kicked that one guy's ass, things have gotten quiet." 

"You're welcome." Naruto said dully as he finished his breakfast. "I'll send a clone to accompany you, and even help build, just give it instructions and it'll follow them." He made a clone without handseals and the two walked out the door. Naruto turned to his students, about to speak when a little boy spoke up. 

"Why do you try? You're just going to die." The little boy said. Tsunami turned around, a glare on her face. 

"Inari, don't speak like that!" 

"But it's true! They're trying to act like heroes! But heroes don't exist!" Naruto laughed a little. 

"You're right." He replied, shocking everyone in the room. "Heroes don't exist, only people who sacrifice themselves for the greater good and help people without wanting anything in return." He then looked at his three students. 

"Come on, we're going to go train some more, Zabuza isn't dead just yet." This made Kiba spit out his food onto the table, earning looks of disgust from Sakura and Tsunami. 

"What?! How the hell is that bastard not dead? You stabbed him with that lightning thingy!" Naruto nodded. 

"I did, but in the shoulder and I let the water determine if he lives or not. I have a feeling that it wanted him to live for something. But this time, he might have help with him, so we're going to need to train, and when I mean we, I mean you!" He said cheerfully before he began dragging all three of them out the house. 

"We'll be back before dinner time Tsunami-san!" He yelled. He dragged all the way to a nearby, secluded forest and dropped his three students on the ground. "Okay ya lil crackheads, today, we're going to learn some new jutsu! But first, I need to know what your affinities are!" He grabbed four separate pieces of ordinary looking paper and handed them each to one of his students. 

"Okay, this is called chakra paper, it shows you what type of chakra nature you have, let me explain." He held the paper up between his two gloves fingers. "First, you channel chakra into it. If it turns soggy and wet, you have water, if it turns to dust, you have earth, if it crinkles up, you have lightning, if it turns to ashes, you have fire, and if it splits in half, you have wind, now, to demonstrate." He channeled some of his chakra, and the students watched in awe as the paper split into four different pieces, one of them turning to ash, the other turning to dust, one of them getting soggy, and the other crinkling into the tinniest ball of paper. 

"As you can see, I have all five of the affinities because I'm totally awesome." He said, smirking. "Now, you try." Kiba went first, and watched as his paper turned to dust. 

"Earth, nice." Naruto commented before Sakura went and watched as her turned soggy and wet. "Water, interesting." Finally, Sasuke went. It crinkled up a little bit, before turning to ashes. "Lightning and fire? Nice." Naruto clapped his hands. "Very well. I have jutsus that I want all of you to master before next week. Kiba, you're going to learn how to do an Earth Wall and Headhunter Jutsu, Sakura, I want you learn the Water Wall Jutsu and the Water Bullet Jutsu, Sasuke, since I'm pretty sure that you know how to do fire techniques already, I'm going to make you learn Lightning Ball and Lightning Mirage. Each of you are learning a defensive technique, and an offensive technique. I'll show you the signs, but then it's all up to you, K?"

"Ok." They said in unison. 

Flashback

"AGGHHHH!" Naruto screamed in pain as he clutched his black hair and fell to his knees, the pain in his shoulder incredible. "Fuck off, fuck off, fuck off, fuck off, FUCK OFF!" He yelled as he instantly made a blade of wind and swiped forward, killing five bystanders as they went to check to see if the boy was okay. 

The curse mark was getting worse, that stupid curse mark, the pain, it was unbearable, Orochimaru, Sensei, Father, why? Why? Why why why why? Why do this to me? It hurts, it hurts so bad, please, make it stop. It won't. Stop hurting me! I said stop! He thought as he grit his teeth, tears going down his face. 

He was in a village, which one? He didn't know. All he knew is that he was there. Something happened and he left. He left Orochimaru. Why? Because the curse mark? The experiments? The needles? The knives? What was it? Suddenly, the pain in his shoulder stopped. 

"By the order of the Village Leader, you are to be arrested for the murder of three children, one woman, and one man." Naruto stood up, his black hair covering his eyes, an evil smirk on his face. 

"Fuck your village leader." He spat out as he began walking towards the three men carrying swords, his fingernails turning to claws. "And so what? They deserved to die, trash. All of them. Trash trash trash. Just. Like. YOU!" The men's screams could be heard from a mile away. 

Naruto looked up, his face painted in blood that wasn't his, an emotionless expression on his face. "It doesn't matter. It really, truly, doesn't." He whispered. 

And done. Was it good? Bad? Telll meee!
