A couple of weeks have passed since my dream with my mom, the twins and Scarlet. I haven’t had one since. Rocky has made a full recovery and is in the process of recording more songs for the R5 album. School starts soon, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. My baby bump has gotten bigger, and my pain has increased. I still haven’t told anyone. I’m not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing.

Mine and my dad’s relationship has grown more and more. Yesterday, he bought a stroller and some clothes for the babies. Today, he’s taking me to the interior decorator to pick out paint for the babies rooms. I was in my room getting ready when my phone rang.

“Hey, Rocky.” I answered, putting clothes back into my closet.

“Hey babe. Whatcha up to?” He asked.

“Well my dad is taking me to the interior decorator to buy paint. I’m thinking pink & blue?”

“Those colors are nice, but I was thinking green & purple. More original, right?” Rocky said. I smiled.

“Alright, green & purple can be the babies colors.” I said.

“Marie! Are you ready?!” My dad shouted from downstairs. I covered the phone.

“In a minute!” I shouted back.

“I’m guessing he’s ready.” Rocky laughed softly. “I’ll let you go. Call me later. Love ya.”

“Bye, Rocky.” I hung up the phone and skipped downstairs. My dad was waiting for me with Matt and Tara.

“I’m ready.” I said.

“Alright. You guys should get going. See you later.” Tara said. I noticed my brother’s expression, which looked bored.

“Matthew, would you like to come with us?” I asked. “I’ll treat you for ice cream.” His face lit up.

“Yes!” He exclaimed. I picked him up and followed my dad out the door.

“Bye.” I waved to Tara at the doorway.

At the interior decorator, there were so many things. Rugs, furniture, and a whole wall of paint colors to choose from. I picked out a gorgeous lavender and made my way to the green section. There were thousands of shades of green to choose from. I had no idea which one to pick.

“Which one kiddo?” My dad asked, coming up from behind me with Matt.

“I don’t know. What do you think, Matt?” I asked. Matt took some thought to it and then pointed to a dusty light green. “Oh, that’s perfect.” I said. Matt giggled.

“Can I help you paint the room when we get home?” He asked, all innocently. We haven’t told him he was gonna be an uncle, yet. We just told him there was gonna be an addition to the family.

“You sure can.” I said. We paid for the paint and the supplies and went home. I called Rocky to ask him if he can come over and help us paint. Of course he said yes. Rocky was already there when we got home. We went upstairs, set up and started to paint. Matt was covered in paint already.

“You having fun?” Rocky asked him. Matt smiled big and nodded.

“Lots of fun!” He said. That made me smile. I continued painting the wall when I started feeling dizzy and light headed.

“I-I have to sit d-down” I said, dropping the paintbrush.

“Marie, what’s wrong.” Rocky said, coming to my aid. My stomach started hurting like crazy.

“I-I don’t k-know.” I said. I couldn’t even talk right. Rocky sat me down on a chair and crouched in front of me.

“Marie, tell me what’s wrong. You’re losing it.” Rocky said. I tried talking but nothing came out. I started sweating. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. “Marie.” He repeated. I could hear my dad calling Tara in the background. I could hear Matt starting to cry. Then I fell of the chair.

“Marie!” My dad cried. I blacked out.
