How to make refreshing snacks

☻ snack #1: lemonade ice pops

-

•step 1: make your own lemonade by mixing

together 1 cup of lemon juice, water and

sugar. also 3-4 cups of water to dilute.

•step 2: heat the sugar & 3-4 cups of water

and add then juice+the sugar water mix to

a pitcher, or in straight into to a Popsicle

tray and then place in freezer till frozen.

☻ snack #2: fruit smoothies

- [this one makes a strawberry smoothie]

• step 1: blend together 8 strawberries

hulled, half a cup of milk or 1/2 cup of plain

yogurt, 3 tblspoons of sugar & 2 teaspoons

of vanilla extract with 6 ice cubes in a blender.

☻ snack #3: fruit salad

-

• step 1: cut your favorite fruits into chunks

and put them in a bowl for a refreshing

and delicious snack that's so easy to make!

☻ snack #4: watermelon slushy

- • step 1: pre slice a watermelon and place

about 4-5 pieces into a blender with the

juice of half a lime then blend it together!

• step 2: pour into a tray and place into the

fridge and allow it to freeze. then take a fork

and scratch it all up so it looks slushy & enjoy!
