how to improve in sports

→ mindset:
since you play a sport that you
like you, this means that you wanna
get better. always try to do the best
and have a positive mind never ever
have it negative. think that if there's
people who are a pro/Olympian at it then
you can do it. you just have to do what
other people aren't willing to do.

→ doing more:
doing more exercises or even stretches
will help your muscles get stronger or even
flexible which can help you at your sport.
go run outside, bike, or walk. work your
body even more if you want to be the best.

→ inspiration:
search up athletes that are your idols or
that you adore. search up what they do or
how they train or what they do on their free
time to get better.

→ working hard:
when playing your sport you have to work
hard and the best best of you. if your sport
contains groups then show citizen and work
as a good team mate. working hard will truly
admire the coach and will make you better.

→ pay attention:
when your coach give instructions or says
something, be paying attention to every
word he says. when they correct you on
something keep that in mind and try to
improve it. also ask questions this will make
the coach know that you are very interesting
in improving more.

→ practice:
to get better at a sport doesn't mean not
going to practice, also make sure you are
attending every practice. or if your sport is
not in season still practice so you can not
get out of shape, stretching your muscles
works a lot. don't forget that practice will
make your better.

→ healthy:
remember that eating unhealthy will affect
you in your practices and when competing.
treat your body like a athlete. keep yourself
in good diet
