↝ eat fruit: there are so many different
fruits to eat such as watermelon, kiwi,
berries, oranges, apples, grapes, and
a lot more! they all have good benefits.

↝ salad: it'll help keep you full, plus
you can add nuts, dried fruit and some
chicken to it. careful what dressings
you add because some are very fatty.

↝ smoothies: great way to eat fruit,
without actually knowing it's there.
add some yogurt, ice and milk to it.

↝ ice pops: make your own with all
natural 100% fruit juice of your choice.
—
↝ popcorn: not the microwave one,
but the air popped one. it has less
chemicals and allows you to put the
butter and salt to how you like.

↝ chips with hummus: the best chip
would be a tortilla chip and it is
definitely very delicious haha! enjoy
