brush your teeth:
ok you need to brush at least 2
times a day, on in the morning
& one in the afternoon, & if you
want after lunch

mouthwash:
rinse your mouth with some mouthwash. gargle the mouthwash before you spit it out for about
30 seconds and you will have
clean teeth and fresh breath!

eating:
don't eat bad foods that get stuck
in your teeth & you can't get out.
even after eating brush esp. if
you have braces

baking soda:
dip your toothbrush in baking soda
before brushing. yes, it sounds
disgusting but this really works

drinks:
don't drink too much flavored drinks
that often cause the color of it
create a mark/spot on your teeth

correct toothpaste:
use a toothpaste that's right for
you. if it's spicy or you don't like
the flavor, don't use it. crest 3d
