so every day when you wake up you must drink water because in the morning when you drink water it flushes all the stuff that were there the other day, also if your playing sports , water is a good option for you, not juice that are filled with sugar. I mean sugars nice but i f you want to be healthy I suggest this. every day you have to drink 6-8 cups a day
