do it yourself:
layered bracelets
bracelet #1: charm bracelet
⋆ take a plain bangle a coat it in a very
strong glue. taking yarn, begin to neatly
wrap it around the bracelet until done.
–
⋆pick out as many charms as you would
like and open the clip on the charm, place
it on the bracelet and then close the clip
tightly using pliers or your fingers. enjoy!
—
bracelet #2: chevron braided bracelet
⋆ cut 3 strips of leather rope that are the
same length. tie a knot at the top, leaving
some space above it and begin to braid.
-
⋆ after about an inch, begin to add hex
nuts to the bracelet. add one, then braid,
add one and so on. after about an inch,
begin to braid normally again. tie a knot
at the end & enjoy your chevron bracelet.
—
bracelet #3: simple charm
⋆ taking jewelry wire, cut about 3 inches
off and form it into any shape, such as
a heart, infinity sign, a bow etc. cut off
any of the extra jewelry wire that there is.
-
⋆ now again taking the jewelry wire, cut
an amount that is a little larger than your
wrist. wrap the ends a bunch of times ar-
ound your charm you made & enjoy your
new bracelet. you could also use a leather
rope instead of the metal as the bracelet.
—
you can always add extra little beads or
charms to the bracelets too if you want
