how to improve your diet

☞ week one:

add real fruits and real veggies to

your diet. not canned stuff, i mean

something fresh from the market.


☞ week two:

cut out the fast food, we all know

that its good but its very unhealthy.

and dont say im getting a salad from

mcdonals bc it has the most calories

there haha.


☞ week three:

give up white breads and grains, then

swift to wheat bread and brown rice and

whole wheat pasta. also did you know

that white bread is bleached and has

salt and sugar added to it, eww


☞ week four:

use apples and veggies as a daily snack

instead of eating a bit of junk food. you

can eat apples and bananas which are

great bases with almond butter.


☞ week five:

cut out soda and sugary drinks, try

drinking gatorade, natural fruit drinks,

water or like vitamin water.
