"So how many times have you seen this one?" she smiled. I rolled my eyes and pressed play.

"I'm bored" she announced, springing up.

"Let's do something more fun" she looked at the clock.

"Its half nine already? Nothing will be open" she groaned.

"Well... we could go on a late night beach trip" her little face lit up. "Awesome"

The water was inky black and the moon shone bright with its platinum rays. The sun bleached sand was soft and cool under my feet.

She was radiant in herself as she skipped across the beach, her black, silky nightgown billowing in the wind behind her.

"Its beautiful, isn't it? The way the waves crash in the distance. The white sea foam and driftwood beautifully littering the shore. The stars watching over us, oh I could just die" she commented, her hands clasped to her chest.

"Quite the poet" I teased.

"Not me. Chloe told me about it all, I was inspired"

"Shall we make a fire?"

We sat by the blaze for hours, watching the demons dance. We just talked; reminiscing about when we were kids. Games of House and when we first met. It was perfect. Just like a dream. Nobody could ruin our night, not even...

"Hey bae. Chloe told me you'd be here!" Cameron yelled, storming across the sand, kicking it in every direction.

"Cameron? What are you doing here?" Courtney smiled.

"Yeah, Cam. What are you doing here?" I asked through gritted teeth.

"Just thought I'd come see my baby" he threw himself down on the sand, showering her with the little, stony particles. She doesn't like it when you call her bae, it makes her feel like a kid. You don't need to put your hand on her leg, it makes her feel uncomfortable. She's cold... she wants you to put your arm around her.

"You don't look very sick" Cameron tutted.

"Yeah, I... uh I..." she looked at me, panic evident in her eyes. Why should I dig bee out of this mess? No, wait... I can't just leave her.

"She has the curse" I whispered.

"The curse?"

"She's on her period"

"Oh, ew!" Cameron jumped to his feet. "I'll, uh, I've gotta go. Talk to you, uh, later... bye" As soon as he disappeared she looked over at me.

"My period! Really?!" I chuckled and moved back round beside her.

"It got rid of him, didn't it?" she shrugged her shoulders.

"I just don't get why he bolted, I've never done that. You make me go to the store" I smiled and she blushed, curling up on my chest.

"Are you cold, princess?" I whispered.

"A bit" she mumbled back. I pulled her closer and rubbed up and down her arm.

"We can go back in if you'd like?"

"Let's just wait awhile. I'm happy like this" That's all it took, now it was perfect. Me and my princess.

We sat like that for an hour or two, her curled up on my chest and my arm around her. I felt a light purring, she was asleep. I picked her up and carried her back to her house, bridal style.

She stirred slightly as I placed her in bed, her lips moved but I couldn't make out the words. I moved closer to her sleepy head and she whispered in my ear.

"Taylor, don't go. I need you" I knew she didn't mean tonight.

"I wont, I promise I'll never leave" I sighed and sat beside her. She lay in my lap and whispered once more.

"Sing for me"

"Can't get the words out of my mouth,

That little feeling everyone talks about

The things you say like want you to stay tonight here by my side

But I can't get the words to go so olive you and everything you do"

Love you all, stay amazing
