kat was currently making her way to go get food, hungry, since she hasn't had much to eat all day.

pulling out her phone to reply to a text message, she suddenly bumped into someone.

she looked up as she shut her phone off, placing it into her back pocket. "oh i'm sorry, i didn't mean to run into you.. i wasn't really paying attention."

the curly headed boy moved his hair from his face, smiling. "don't worry about it, i wasn't either."

kat smiled at him, finding the boy very attractive.

"i'm jack." he said, reaching his hand out for her to shake.

her cheeks reddened and she smiled. "kat," she replied, connecting her hand with his.

she saw as jacks eyes scanned over her face and instantly, her cheeks reddened even more.

why is this boy so cute, she thought.

"i know we just met and all.. but you're beautiful. maybe i could take you out sometime?" jack asked, hopeful eyes.

kat smiled, messing with her nails out of nervousness. "i'd like that."
