not too long ago, y/n had come across a certain boys instagram page and after looking through it, she followed.

there was no denying that she found the boy attractive, and she's heard his music so she knows he's insanely talented as well.

jonah had already been following her, he knew who she was and would always tell his friends how beautiful she was. when he began to see her liking every picture of his and commenting on one every now and then, he couldn't help but smile.

over time, the two had began commenting on each others posts, the boys joined in every now and then as well, and they had a 'friendship' purely based on comments on instagram posts.

eventually, jonah had decided to dm her. you could say he had a small crush on her as she had one on him as well.

as they began talking everyday, they became closer. they tried figuring out ways to meet, and they'd facetime daily.

there was one day though, y/n had planned to surprise jonah with help from his bandmates.

"hey corbyn, i'm here." she spoke softly into the phone.

"alright, we'll make jonah get it. okay?"

"okay."

she smiled as she felt the butterflies erupt in her stomach. she was nervous yet excited to meet jonah. but she also felt a little worried as some negative thoughts made their way to the surface. shaking her head, she put a smile on her face, focusing on her excitement and the fact she'd be standing in front of jonah in only a few moments.

making her way to the front door, she took a deep breath and knocked. she had a huge smile on her face that she wasn't able to remove and she could almost hear her heart pounding. as the door opened, she looked straight ahead, ready to see the boy she's been wanting to meet for months.

as jonah opened the door, it took him a moment before his jaw dropped and he backed away. "what? y/n!? no. you're not really here. no way!" he exclaimed, excitedly.

"yes way! i'm really here, jonah." y/n said, walking more towards him as he rubbed his eyes a few times, really not believing the girl he had such a huge thing for was here.

jonah couldn't contain his excitement anymore and pulled her into a hug, not wanting to let go in fear that this was a dream and he'd wake up with her no where around.

"oh my god, i can't believe you're here." he mumbled into her shoulder, holding her tight.

y/n let a few tears fall; happy tears of course. she couldn't believe she was here either.

pulling apart, he held her face in his hands, just taking time to really look at her in person as she did the same.

"can you believe that you guys really met on instagram?" zach questioned, almost ruining the moment.
