daniel couldn't comprehend how sweet you were, always. no matter who it was you were speaking to, no matter the circumstances of any situation you were in. you had a heart of gold, treating everyone with kindness and that's one reason why he fell in love with you in the first place.

sadly, he's been on and off tour for months now and every moment the two of you were apart he felt some sort of emptiness in his heart. he would be gone for only a few days and miss the sound of your voice, the way your eyes would sparkle when he made you laugh or smile, his arms wrapped around you and yours around him, and every other little thing you did that he loved with his whole heart but he couldn't help the pain he felt within himself when you weren't with him.

although he wanted to wrap his arms around you whenever he noticed you shivering, being away from you, he knew he couldn't. so whenever he would have to part ways with you, he would always leave his hoodies behind for you, even if they were his favorite. especially during the winter when it was below freezing in your hometown and he'd receive photos from you in his hoodies, that were oversized, but you looked adorable in nevertheless.

you had your moments when hate from his fans truly got to you and you would want to give up, your heart shattering with every assumption made about you and every negative comment. you were a confident person but you did have your insecure moments. daniel wished so badly that whenever you did feel this way that he could take all the hurt you felt away, but he couldn't. so together or apart, whenever you did feel this way he would be sure to comfort you and make sure you knew that you were beautiful inside and out and that he loved you no matter what anyone thought or had to say about you.

you did all you could for daniel as he did all he could for you. he was beyond thankful for you and all you did for him, always. he always made sure to let you know that he was, spoiling you any chance he got and reminding you how much he loved you and how much he appreciated you.

before he had left for tour once again, leaving you behind, he was sure to write exactly how he felt into a song, one you would listen to whenever you missed him and his voice. no matter the time of day or night or whatever it was you were doing, you would listen, your heart full of butterflies as you smiled to thought of daniel, the boy you loved.
