you were pacing back in forth in the living room of your shared home with corbyn.
it was four a.m and he still hasn't come home and you were beyond worried.
suddenly, the door opened and corbyn stumbled in.
"corb?" you questioned, looking at your boyfriend.
"heyyyyyy," he said loudly, embracing you in a hug.
he smelt of weed and alcohol.
"were you drinking? smoking?" you questioned, looking at him in disbelief.
you knew he had been stressed out about what was going on with the band and a lot of other things but you didn't think it'd result to this.
"whaaaaat? who told you that?" he slurred, laughing.
"corbyn, why would you do this to yourself?" you asked, your heart breaking.
"why does it matter?" he snapped.
"because you have so much ahead of you in life, you don't need to be doing this!" you told him.
"it's none of your business, it's my life. stay out of it!" he said poking your chest, pushing you slightly.
"i can't just 'stay out of it' corbyn! i love you! we're in this together. why are you doing this?" you asked again, pushing him back.
"you know what!" he yelled, angrily.
"what?" you yelled back.
everything stopped for a moment. corbyn opened his mouth to speak but no words came out, instead, he broke down in tears.
"i don't know. it's just- everything's going downhill. the band might not work out, my moms sick, she might not make it. i just feel like everything's falling apart and i know that's no excuse but i can't seem to figure out what to do. i'm sorry. i'm sorry. i'm so so sorry i didn't mean to- i didn't-" he rambled, but you cut him off, pulling him into a hug.
"corbyn, calm down. i know you're stressing out right now but you shouldn't go to this. it's not going to help you solve those problems and it's not gonna make you feel better. you should've came to me, i would've helped you." you spoke softly as he cried into your shoulder.
"come on love. let's get you cleaned up and into bed.."
