It's been two and a half months since me and Ino got married. We're very excited for the arrival of our son.
Me: I'm so excited for our son's arrival.
Ino: Me too!
Me: We should think of a name.
Ino: Well I thought of a name but I don't know.
Me: Let me hear it.
Ino: I was thinking of putting him Inojin.
Me: That sounds great to me, it's perfect. Just two weeks left.
Then there was a knock on the door.
Me: I'll get it.
I walked up to the door and open it, seeing Tsunade and Shikamaru.
Me: What is-
Tsunade pushes you out of the way and looks for Ino.
Tsunade: Move!! Where's Ino?!
Ino: Hi.
Tsunade: There you are. How are you feeling today?
Me: Oh, I'm fine thanks for asking.
Tsunade: Shut up.
Shikamaru: Hey (Y/n).
Me: What's up, Shikamaru?
Shikamaru: We need to talk?
Me: Ino, I'll be right back, I need to talk to Shikamaru.
Me and Shikamaru went outside to talk.
Shikamaru: (Y/n), I need to inform you that you have a mission with me, Naruto, Sakura and Choji.
Me: Alright, anything else?
Shikamaru: It's in the Hidden Mist.
Me: *grins* Didn't think I would go back to that place.
Shikamaru: We leave in two weeks so be prepared so we-
Me: What??!! In two weeks?!!
Shikamaru: What's the prob-
Me: I can't go on this mission, Ino's due date is in two weeks!!
Shikamaru: I know and I'm sorry but I did all I could to change the date of the mission. If you want I can tell In-
Me: No, it's fine. I'll tell her. I'll see you guys in two weeks.
I went inside and walk up to Ino and Tsunade.
Ino: (Y/n) sweetie, is something wrong?
Me: Um, we kinda have a problem.
Ino: What is it?
Me: Well you see Shikamaru came to tell me that I have a mission with your old team and mine.
Ino: Oh ok, so what's the problem?
Me: Um, the mission is in two weeks.
Ino: What?!! But our son is going to be born in two weeks!
Me: I know but they did everything they could to change the date but couldn't. I'm sorry Ino that I'm going to miss our son's birth.
Ino: It's fine.
[Time skip, two weeks]
Me: Sorry I'm late guys.
Sakura: Where were you?!!
Shikamaru: What took you so long?
Me: I'm sorry, I'm just worried about Ino.
Naruto: Sorry you can't be there when Ino gives birth.
Shikamaru: Since everyone is here, let's get going.
Choji: (Y/n), you might want to give us a hand reaching to our destination faster?
Shikamaru: Choji!!
Me: It's fine, I've been training a lot and plus I have a lot of chakra.
Sakura: Well that's great!
Me: Not as much as Naruto but way more than you guys.
Naruto: Let's do this!

We flew to get to our destination faster. After hours we landed because it was getting dark so we decided to rest for now.
Shikamaru: (Y/n), I need you to concentrate on this mission. I know that you're worried about Ino and so are we but we need to concentrate on this.
Me: I'm sorry, it's just that this is my first kid and it's hard for me to concentrate but I'll try.
Naruto: Hahaha.
Me: What's so funny, Naruto?
Naruto: It's just that I didn't think you would act so soft.
Me: Shut up or I'll beat the shit out of you!!
Sakura: Aaaand he's back.
Shikamaru: Let's just get some shut eye.
