[Time skip, two years]
I was heading to the kitchen for breakfast because Ino, Inojin and I were going to go to the park with our friends and their kids.
Me: *yawns* Morning.
Inojin: Daddy!
Me: Hey kiddo. You ready to go to the park?
Inojin: *nods yes*
Breakfast was ready and Ino sat on my lap so we started eating. She was feeding me and I was feeding her. Inojin covered his eyes and started giggling. Ino was also feeding him.
Ino: Still tired huh?
Me: A little. So, is Inojin going to take a bath with you or with me?
Ino: With you. I'll go prepare the bath meanwhile Inojin finishes eating.
Ino left to prepare the bath meanwhile I helped Inojin with his breakfast. After that I picked up the plates and washed them.
Me: Alright son let's get you out of those dirty clothes.
{After our bath and everyone ready to go}
Me: Alright, we have everything we need. Let's get going.
{At the park}
Naruto: Hey, over here!
Me: Hey.
Just as I was about to sit down Inojin called me.
Inojin: Daddy!
Me: What is it son?
Inojin: I want to go to the swings.
Me: Alright, let's go.
I carried him to the swings and sat him down on a swing.
{With Ino}
Ino: They look so cute together.
Sakura: Why do they have to grow up so fast?
Shikamaru: It's a drag but we do it for them.
Naruto: Haha, I used to think that (Y/n) was evil but look at him now, he grew up to be a loving and caring father.
Choji: Yeah, it's a bit weird seeing him like that. Usually he's always grumpy.
Ino: He may look like that but he's really soft especially when we're alone. He will do anything if it means protecting me and Inojin.
{Back with you}
Me: I'm back. I left Inojin playing with the others. So what were you guys talking about?
Ino: Oh, nothing.
Me: Okay?... So, Naruto, I heard that you're having another kid.
Naruto: Yeah, I just found out.
Hinata: Yes, I'm one month pregnant.
Ino: Well since we're all here, I have news!
Me: Hmm?
Ino: I know I should have said it when I found out but...
I was wondering what she was going to say so I drank some juice...
Ino: I'm pregnant!
Hearing her say that made me choke on my drink.
Sakura: (Y/n), are you alright?
Me: Y-yeah, I'm fine.
Ino: Surprise!
Me: You really are pregnant?
Ino: Yes.
Me: Yes!! Hear that guys, I'm having another baby!!
Shikamaru: I actually didn't think he was going to react like this.
Naruto: Wait? How many months does Ino have?
Ino: Hehe, you see I've kept this a secret quite a while because it was a surprise but I'm actually four months pregnant.
Naruto: Guess you beat me this time (Y/n).
Me: Wait? When did we- oh nevermind.
Everyone: Congrats you two.
Me and Ino: Thanks everyone.
We enjoyed our time together and after a few hours we all went home.
Ino: Inojin, did you have fun today?
Inojin: Yes, Mommy.
Me: Come here kiddo, let's put you to sleep.
[Time skip, months later]
Inojin: Daddy, where's Mommy?
Me: I told you that she's at the hospital and we're heading over there.
Inojin: Why, Daddy?
Me: Let's go quickly.
{At the hospital}
Sakura: (Y/n), Ino needs you.
Me: But I can't leave Inojin here by himself.
Tsunade: Don't worry, I'll take care of him.
Inojin: Grandma!
Me: Thanks mom.
I head to Ino's room to see how she is.
Ino: (Y/n)!
Me: Ino, how are you doing?
Ino: I'm fine, just a few pains.
I sat down next to her and I was holding her hand. Ino's water broke and some doctors came.
Sakura: (Y/n), I need you to step out of the room.
Me: What?!! Why?!! Ino needs me!!
Sakura: You can't be here right now.
Me: I can't leave her alone!!
Five other doctors had to hold and pull me away.
Me: They can't do this to me!
Tsunade: Now what?
Inojin: Daddy, what's wrong?
Me: They won't let me be with Ino!
Tsunade: Relax (Y/n)! Just be patient.
{A few hours later}
Doctor: Mmm, Mr. (Y/n)?
Me: Huh? T-that's me!
Doctor: Follow me please.
I picked up Inojin and followed the doctor. He lead us to Ino's room. We saw Ino on the bed.
Inojin: Mommy!
Me: Hey beautiful.
I put Inojin next to Ino and I sat down by her bed while she held a baby in her arms.
Ino: How can you call me beautiful? I'm a mess.
Me: You'll always looks beautiful to me. Look Inojin at the baby.
Ino: Inojin meet Kazumi.
Me: Inojin, Kazumi is your little sister, you're going to be her big brother so protect her very much. Got it?
Inojin: Yes, Daddy.
