🌹{Rose}🌹
Its been three weeks since I told Calum I never wanted to see him again. I haven't talked or heard from him at all.
I finally was able to get out of my room. I've been wandering the halls by myself. Every where I can turn I think of him. As I made my way back to my room. I saw a note laid on top of my pillow. My name neatly written on top. I picked up the letter and unfolded it.
Dear Rose,
I'm sorry for everything. I'm sorry for not telling you the reason why I was here. I know you probably don't want to hear from me ever again. It hurts knowing the person I love hates me so much for something I didn't do. I wanted to tell you in person my story, but I guess i'll never get the chance to. Thank you for everything. All the happiness you showed me that I never knew was there. Maybe someday we'll meet again in another world.
I love you.Goodbye Rose,
Calum XXWhat have I done.
I ran from my room as fast as I could. I knew exactly where Calum was. I ran into our secret place and up the stairs my heart racing so fast hoping I wasn't too late. I swung open the door.
There he was sitting on the edge. Staring off in the distance.
"I thought you never wanted to see me again..." He turned back to me. The tears stained his cheek.
"Please... don't do this. This isn't what I wanted." My voice croaked. I was fighting back the tears.
"I need you."
"I don't care what you did or didn't do...I love you, and I know you would never hurt me. I'm sorry I didn't listen to you earlier," I walked over to him and rested my head against the crook of his neck.
"Rose..." He exhaled.
"I promise I will always take care of you... I'm never going to let you down" He bent down and kissed me.
"I love you Rose... don't ever forget that."
~
And I never did.
