You sat on the bench as Dr Elefun conducted one of his daily check ups on your eyes. This happened everyday. You would go to the ministry of science so that Dr Elefun could keep tabs on your eyes condition. After doing a scan on your eyes, Dr Elefun nodded and took a step back.

"Well, it seems that the traces of the red core's energy still linger in your eyes and that there are no signs of it leaving anytime soon." Dr Elefun told. Your eyes widened.

"Wait, so what you're saying is that I may be stuck with this eye colour forever!?" You cried. Dr Elefun hummed in thought.

"Well, maybe. I'm not too entirely sure. There is still a chance that it could go away. But..." You frowned.

"That's not likely to happen, is it?" You questioned. Dr Elefun sighed and shook his head.

"No, I'm afraid not. Although there is something that we could try." Dr Elefun told. You raised an eyebrow at Dr Elefun as he walked over to a brief case and brought it over to you. "I made a solution that may get rid of the traces of the red core's energy." Dr Elefun told as he took out a vile that had a glowing blue liquid in it. You eyed the liquid nervously and looked up at Dr Elefun.

"Um, are you sure that's safe?" You questioned. Dr Elefun nodded.

"Yes, of course it is safe! This blue liquid has traces of the blue core's energy in it. Astro was kind enough to let me take some from his core and I put it into this formula. Hopefully it cancels out the red core's energy." Dr Elefun told as he grabbed an injection needle and put the formula inside it. Your eyes widened at the sight of the injection needle and you stood up.

"Oh hell no, you're not using that torture device on me!" You shouted as you hid behind the bench. Dr Elefun frowned and held the injection needle out to you.

"Y/N, don't be unreasonable. This may help you with your eyes!" You shook your head as Dr Elefun approached you with the death device.

"You keep that thing far away from me!" You shouted as you picked up a nearby book and threw it at Dr Elefun. Dr Elefun's eyes widened and he ducked, the book missing him and hitting the wall. Dr Elefun looked at you with wide eyes. You weren't going to give in that easily. Dr Elefun then frowned. He would inject this formula into you no matter what!

Astro walked through the halls of the ministry of science with Tenma, Tenma glanced down at his son and smiled.

"So, Toby. The school term is starting tomorrow. Will you be attending school or do you want to be home schooled?" Tenma questioned. Astro hummed in thought.

"Um, I guess I wouldn't mind going back to school. I mean you must be really busy with work and all and I could easily just get through school life." Astro told. His thoughts then wondered to you. 'Hmm, I wonder if she goes to school...' Astro thought. Tenma nodded and looked forwards.

"Alright, that sounds good. Sorry to drag you along with me to see Dr Elefun. We need to have a chat about the next phase of our new project." Tenma told. Astro nodded.

"It's no problem." Astro and Tenma then arrived at the door to hear shouting and yelling and the two glanced at each other with wide eyes. Tenma then opened the door and a book immediately hits him in the face, knocking him over. Astro gasped and crouched down to Tenma. "Dad!" Astro then looked into the room to see you running towards him.

"Astro! Help me I don't want to stay here any longer than I have to!" You cried with tears pricking the corners of your eyes. Dr Elefun gasped and pointed at you.

"Toby! Don't let her escape!" Dr Elefun cried. Astro's eyes widened and he caught you in his arms before you could run out of the room. Your eyes widened as Astro held you in place.

"H-hey, let go of me! I refuse to stay here any longer than I have to!" You cried. Astro saw that your blindfold was off and he gave Dr Elefun a questioning look while Tenma groaned and stood up while rubbing his sore nose. He then looked at you and his eyes widened.

"Hey, you're that same girl from five months ago. How has your eyes been treating you?" Tenma questioned as he turned towards you. You frowned and looked to the side.

"I hate these eyes..." You muttered. Astro frowned at you. Tenma also frowned.

"I'm sorry, about what's happened to your eyes. But if you take this formula, then your eyes might be able to return back to normal." Tenma told. Astro smiled at you.

"Yeah! I mean if the energy from the blue core mixes with the red core, then maybe the two energies will cancel out." Astro told. You frowned at Astro while Dr Elefun snuck up behind you.

"And there!" Dr Elefun exclaimed as he jabbed the injection needle into you. You cried out and tried to get out of Astro's grasp but he had a tight hold on you. Once the formula was inside your blood stream, you suddenly felt woozy and you leaned your head on Astro's shoulder. Astro's eyes widened at this and he gave Dr Elefun a confused look.

"Dr? What's wrong with Y/N?" Astro questioned. Dr Elefun looked at the needle in his hand and at you.

"Hmm, the formula must have made her sleepy." Dr Elefun told. You frowned in discomfort as a sudden ringing in your ears occurred. You then felt the strength in your legs give way and you fell. Astro gasped and picked you up. He then frowned when you held your head and groaned.

"Y/N? Are you alright?" Astro questioned. You stayed silent for a moment and nodded.

"Y-yeah, I'm alright. It's just that for some reason, my eyes feel weird." You told. You then sighed when the pain in your head went away and you opened your eyes. Astro looked at your eyes and his eyes widened. You gave him a confused look. "What? Did the colour go away?" You questioned. Astro pressed his lips together into a thin line as he looked away from you.

"Uh, not quite." Astro then looked around for a mirror and smiled when he saw a mirror in front of a sink and he guided you over to it. You looked into the mirror and gasped. Your eyes were still the same colour, except it now had a blue tint that was barely noticeable. Astro scratched his head as your hands touched your cheeks. You then looked at Dr Elefun with a bewildered look.

"That formula didn't do anything! It only just made my eyes look worse!" You cried. Dr Elefun scratched the back of his head and frowned.

"Huh, I honestly thought it would have taken at least some of the red core energy away." You frowned and grabbed your blind fold. You then tied it over your eyes and grabbed your walking stick.

"I'm out." You told as you turned around and walked out of the room. Astro's eyes widened and he ran to catch up with you. Astro walked along side you as you walked angrily down the halls.

"Hey, calm down. Dr Elefun did try his best." Astro told. You sighed and stopped.

"Maybe none of this would have happened to begin with if he didn't present those stupid cores." You muttered. Astro however heard this and frowned.

"Y/N..." You shook your head and turned your head towards Astro.

"Sorry, I shouldn't have said that." Astro smiled at you.

"No, it's okay. You're just upset that it didn't work. We'll figure out something." Astro told as he grabbed hold of your hands and held them while smiling at you. You sighed and looked to the side.

"I hope you're right." You muttered.

Somewhere on the surface, someone sat in front of many different computer screens and fiddled around with the keyboard and mouse. The person then looked at one particular screen and watched your every movement and grinned.

"Found her."
