A War

There's a war outside can't you see it?
Heat fighting the cold,
Old fighting the new,
Can you hear the thunderstorm brewing?
A mixture causing choas from which the events will spring new life,
Two sides of a coin married,
Juxtaposition - Balance's wife,
Contradiction - Balance's peaceful knife

There's peace outside,
Can you see the pieces flying?
They fall in a synchronised song,
The marching of Earth in on itself,
Sinking, churning, burning,
And erruption,
Crimson flame, the blood of life,
Sends it's name bellowing high in the sky like a kite,
Falling back down to move the waters and tides,
Clouds in the skies,
Then we end where we began,

There's a war outside.
