Chapter 1- Start of the 'Salamander'

It was a quiet night in downtown Vale. People were walking, lights were shining, and a teenage, pink haired teen with pointy fangs was wandering the street.

This boy is the infamous solo huntsman known as the 'Salamander', who could strike down a whole fleet of Grimm in a single fiery explosion with a flick of his wrists. He wore a black jacket that leaves his front exposed, displaying his well-built figure to the world. He also had matching trousers that stop halfway down his legs, simple crafted wooden sandals and a large scarf across his neck that resembled the scales of a reptile, which by coincidence matched the scaly red tail he had that resented a reptile's, clearly showing that he was a Faunus.

He was currently walking across the town looking for a place to stay for the night after a long day of fighting Grimm endlessly, whilst being oblivious to the lustful stares coming from the ladies, and the sight of men muttering in anger and jealousy.

"Oh my god he's so hot, and looks at those abs..."

"Pfft, such a show off, I could easily get that ripped..."

Whilst walking along, he slowly passed by a shop labeled "Dust to Dawn". Hoping that someone in there could help him by giving directions, he started walking there, readying to open the door, until suddenly the window to the right burst open, revealing a little girl in red and black kicking a man in a black suit in the face.

(CRASH)

After that, the girl stood up with some sort of technical device in her hand, which was revealed to be a giant red scythe after fully transforming. Smirking at the remaining men, she started displaying her skill with the oversized weapon, slamming it into the ground and turning off the headphones that were in her other hand.

The orange haired man in the shop with a bowler hat and cane was the first to respond, as he said "Oookay... get her." Commanding the others to attack her.

They all try to at least touch tue young girl, but due to her incredible speed and skill with the giant scythe, she kicked the first guy in the face, slammed the second guy into the ground with the blunt end of her weapon, and finally avoided gunfire from the third, before sending him across in front of the man with the cane and bowler hat.

"You were worth every cent... truly you were." He said at sarcastically at the unconscious goon.

"Well Red, It's been fun, really it has. But I'm afraid this..."

He paused for a second, only to flip the end of his cane to reveal it as having a gun feature.

"-Is where we part ways..."

With a click of the trigger, he blasted a shot directly at the little girl. It would've hit her without chance of missing, but then suddenly another figure appeared and stood in front of the little girl, fully taking the blast himself. While the girl's first response was to stare in fear, it suddenly changes to curiosity as she heard slurping sounds, revealing it to be the same individual that saved her EATING THE BLAST!

"(Slurp) thanks for the... (chomp) food Joker Jr!" The newly identified 'Salamander' said with mock tone.

The insult had little effect however, as the thief was already climbing the ladders of a nearby building in hopes of escaping the whole scene.

"You mind if we go after him?" The girl asked when turning to the shopkeeper, speaking for both her and the older teen. The response given was a simple shake of the head, and so they ran towards the building.

The girl shot a blast from her weapon and was sent straight to the top. The male simple lit his feet on fire and propelled himself up like a rocket. Both got into combat stances to fight the escaping criminal.
