chapter 1 : why am i here ?

I never wanted this. All my life all i wanted was a happy family .. a happy life.. not this. I lost everything.. everyone... my parents, my siblings.. my friends , my home.. everything. Why do titans exsist ? Why do they take peoples life away ? Why cant we have peace ? Why.... just.. why...

(Flashback)
"Mom ! I said no ! I dont want to get married ! Im only 18 ! " i shouted at my mother . "We dont have money (y/n) the only way to get money is u to get married ! Cant u see that the Andrew is interested in you ? " my mom pleaded

"mom that Andrew or whoever it is . Is not fit for me ! I want to have a normal life.. please just dont push me. I cant marry him. Eventhough his rich. His not fit for me. He is not who i want . I dont want a forced marriage i want a marriage where i can be happy and live like a princess not a marriage where i live like a maid . If u want money. I can help u to sell stuff to get money . Marriage is not the answer to everything mom. " i said .

" just get married. Im bored seeing u in the house you know " my brother told.

"Shut ur tank or ill break ur head (b/n)!" I glared at him .

" jeez what got into you ? " he complained and went off to his room.

" can u please consider my request mom ? If i fail to get money i will marry him . I promise " i said looking into my moms eyes . " alright. Fine . If u insist. But if u fail. U are getting married " my mom said.

"Its a promise " i said smiling. I got up from the couch and stretched

"so mom... i was wondering. How should i get money ? " i asked . " didnt you just said.." i cut my mom off " ouhh. Look at the time !! Its already late . I need to visit (b/f) !! " i said running off. " get back home before 11 young lady ! " my mom shouted.

At (b/f)'s home

" so ... (b/f) do u think the titans will invade wall maria ? " i asked her .

" why are you asking me that . Like i'd know . I cant see the future (y/n). " she replied.

" but i have never seen a titan . How do they look ? " i asked again.

" (y/n) ... for the hundredth time . I never seen the titans too how the hell will i know ? " she asked.

" i was just curious . U dont have to yell you know " i said looking down. She stared at me for a while and hugged me .

" sorry (nickname) im just stressed up with everything. U know my dad has never been home lately and my mom being drunk always. Its hard for me to take care of my siblings. I have five brothers for gods sake. I cant even take care of myself . " she said tearing up.

I broke my eye contact with her and looked away . " at least you still have both parents (b/f) " i said not looking at her . The silence between us lasted for solid 10 minutes until a huge sound broke it.

I was thw first to dash out of her house to meet a humongous titan looking over the wall. Fear starts to ruah into me as i saw titans emerging through a hole made by the huge titan.

" what the hell ? (Y/n) ... we have to go.. lets run!!! (author note : dashi run run run 😂😂 any armies around ?? Sorry sorry lets get back to the story 😅😅)" (b/f) shouted.

She pulled my hand but i didnt budge all i did was standing there watching my village being devoured . I couldnt move . All i did was stare she shouted

" (y/n) we dont have time ! Please .. the last thing i want is u to be alive i dont care if im not lets just go !! Please!! " i turned around and faced her with a blank expression.
