chapter 17: whats happening ?

Flashback

Hanji p.o.v

" hanji ! Cut her open! No doubt theres a human in it ! Get her and aim high ! " levi shouted as his sword cut through another flesh of a titan.

Without questioning i changed my gears towards the abnormal and cut her nape open without her realising. Once i cut her of my eyes grew big as i saw the person in it.

" y/n ? " i asked as i stared at her . My stare broke when a titan was running towards me tching i took her out of the titan and flew towards the wall . I was into the wall first followed by Eren and the others. Levi was late.. as usual his always the last one out of battle and ffirst one in. Everyone gathered around y/n and stared

"Y/n.... how ... could... how could she be alive ?? I saw .. i saw her getting eaten .. i saw her getting torn apart... i saw her dying... she cant be alive.... she cant be... " Eren started shaking beside her. Mikasa held his shoulders to offe comfort but it didnt seemed like it worked.

Just then levi entered the gate righte before it could close. I rushed towards him ass soon a he entered.

" levi ! I think you need to see this " i said pulling him towards her.

"Y/n..." he trailed off

Now ..

"Y/n ..... " he kept on repeating her name as he stared at her .. out of nowhere droplets of water started to form on her face. Tears to be exact.. levi's tears. " baka... you ... itss not you .... dont give me false hopes again... if your dead just say your dead ... dont have make me suffer this pain ... id rather be dead then watching you die.. " he said as he started shaking and tears started to pour down his eyes uncontrolly .

" its my first time seeing him cry " mikasa said standing beside me

" thats the reaction i gave when you were crying for eren " i said not looking at her

Y/n begin to stir a little and sat up looking around blankly ...

" where am i ? " she asked

Y/n p.o.v

I woke up to see levi crying and the scouts surrounding me like im dead or something..

" where am i ? " i asked

Without warning levi suddenly hugged me. His tears begin to wet my shirt . I truely enjoy his hugs but.. with tears not now cause my shirts becoming see through

" levi... " i whispered as i touched his head..

He hugged me harder

" your alive.. your alive " he kept on whispering over and over again

" im here arent i ? Im not going anywhere . Definately not dying too. " i tried convincing him. But he kept on repeating that im alive .

I looked at hanji for help she smiled and nodded her head before saying " levi.. her shirt is wet now all her inners can be seen thanks to you. dont you know that almost half of them here are all boys ? " when she said that all the guyss looked away and levi stopped hugging me. He. Wiped his tearss and stared at my body, furred his eyebrows before taking his jacket off and putting it on me.

" stable duty for all the boys ! for a month. " he said as he helped me up. My legs felt like jelly as i couldnt stand straight. Levi looked at me concernly before carrying me bridal style into his horse

" lets go " he whispered

When we reached the base levi instantly took me to his room

"Levi ! Bring her to the infrimary first ! " hanji shouted

" i can treat her better than them " levi shouted back.

When we arrived in his room he placed me on his bed walked up to his closet and handed me a shirt.

"Change " he said

I nodded and took the shirt from his hand and changed in the bath room. When i came out levi was not in the room. I figured he started working again so i walked into his office . But he was nowhere to be seen.

His room is filthy. Its not like him at all to have his room this dirty. Being a nice friend i am. Took his apron and scarf wore it and begin cleaning his room.

A few minutes later he entered the room. At that point i was on the ladder cleaning his shelf when he yelled my name " y/n ! " he yelled

I got shocked dropped the fether duster and lost my balance and fell. Just before i could hit the ground levi caught me.

" baka ! How many timess do i have to carry you ? " he scolded as he carried me and placed me on his table.

" im fine im not a baby for you to babysit " i said

" here . Drink this tea. I made it " he said giving me the tea

" you had the tea the whole time when i fell ? " i asked

Levi smiled and said " i missed your stupidity "

" and i missed your assholelity " i said sarcasticly

" is there even a word like that ? " he laughed

" no . I just created it. Got a problem? " i asked smugly

"Hows your leg ? " he asked "fine i guess . I can walk " i said.

" good. Cause i need to talk to you about something important. " he said.

" What is it ? " i asked

" does this room bring back memories ? " he asked with his face dangerously close to my face.

" memories ? Of course it does. Its the same room you asked me to fuck of from your life. " i said angrily

" anyway hows petra doing ? " i asked
" we broke up " he simply replied

" you ? Broke ? Up ? " i asked

" no we didnt break up we had to make a bread break up with its wife " levi said.

It took me a few minutes to register his stupid joke

He stared at my blank face before saying " of course we broke up silly " he said

" why arent you crying ? " i asked out of curiosity

" well i was glad she broke up with me. Cause i can be with the one i really want now " he said as he placed his hand on both sides of me with his face close to mine.

" did you hear anything ? " i asked

" nope why ? " " ouh shit its hanji she wants my help ! Gotta go heichou !! " before i had the chance of slipping pass him . He grabbed my waist and pulled me to his bed . He tossed me on his bed and landed beside me hugging me while closing his eyes.

" levi ? " " hmm?" " what are you doing ?" " swimming ... are you blind or something ? Cant you see im sleeping ? Now close your eyes and shut your mouth . I missed this momentss with you . " he said as he hugged me harder . I didnt say anything but stared at the wall. What happened just now ? Why did he cry ? Why did eren cry ? Why did everyone looked like i came baack alive ? Whats happening here ?
