After school I went over to Jenny's house to get ready. We sat on her bed doing each other's makeup. "I don't think he meant to tell anyone"
"I know he didn't" I replied "it's his anger issues"
"Close your eyes" Jenny said "so really you can't blame him can you?"
"No but he hurt me and it's gonna take some time"
"Anyway enough about that" she got up and dragged me to a mirror "what do you think?"
"I love it!"

It was 8:00pm and people were starting to arrive. I was sat talking to some kids in my chem class watching Jenny flirting with the jocks. When I was plunged into darkness. "Guess who?" a familiar voice asked. I turned around. "I almost killed you, you idiot" he laughed and pulled me closer. "If you had killed me then you wouldn't have experienced this."
Nate slowly moved closer to me and deeply kissed me moving his hand up my back pulling me closer to his body with  every kiss.
"He came at last" a drunk Jenny said throwing herself on to Nate.
"Woah" Nate said a surprised shocked look on his face. I grabbed her by the arms laughing.
"Help me get her to he room so I can sober her up"
Nate grabbed her other arm as we walked her down the hall. We put her in a cold bath and got her some coffee. Then slid down on the floor to talk.
"I'm sorry you were probably expecting a different night"
"hey it's fine as long as I'm with you"
I smiled up at him and lent in for a kiss. He placed his hand on my cheek and then locked his lips with mine. He slowly pulled away admiring my face. "Nate" I said quietly. " yea" his eyes focused on mine. "Thanks"
"Anytime"
He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me on to his chest. His arms ventured south until they reached my stomach. He tightened his grip as I slowly traced circles on his upper arm. We sat there for ages in silence.
