Lexi's POV

You and your long time childhood best friend were inseprable. But when you moved away, Calum was hurt, until today he was coming down to visit his child hood best friend. Your mom and his mom both decided to spend time together and allow you both to catch up on things. 

"Hey." Calum says shyly.

"Hey Cal I missed you so much." I say and hug Calum.

"So how's life I mean do you miss back over where we used to live?" Calum asks as we both take a seat on the couch.

"Yeah, I missed my friends, and my child hood bestie." I say. Calum chuckles.

"Haha, I missed you the most." Calum says. You notice some features about Calum. He'd gotten buffer, gotten some tattooes, and his sense of style has changed. He looked more better, and more attractive. Wait Lexi, he's your childhood best friend knowing by now he must have a girlfriend.

"So Cal got a special someone back home?" I ask. Calum smiles.

"Actually no, you?" Calum asks.

"Nope." I say.

"What? Your lying there must be hundreds of guys over you." Calum says. You laugh.

"Nope, I'm single as a pringle and ready to mingle." I say. Calum laughs.

"Yeah, so Lexi. I have a confession." Calum says. Your stomach churns with butterflies. Why did it sound like good/bad news? Hopefully it's good.

"What is it?" I ask, while playing with my fingers.

"I've always liked you from the first day we've met. And yeah lots of girls may hit on me or flirt, but I never forgotten about you. I always had feelings for you. I was crushed when you left. Once my mom said we could visit in like 3 weeks, I deiceded to make myself a better appearance knowing a girl like you would have guys swinging at your feet begging for a date." Calum says. Your stomach lets the butterflies away knowing it's good news.

"Calum, I'm happy to say that I've always liked you." I respond back. Calum tilts your head and your lips both touch. Sparks fly through your body. You wrap your arms around his neck. Once you both go apart, Calum looks up at you.

"Lex?" Calum says.

"Yes Cal?" I respond. Calum takes your hand.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" Calum says.

"Yes, I will." I say and you both peck each other on the lips.
