"I'm going out to buy cigarettes." Will told her. Natalie raised an eyebrow and grabbed his arm before he could be completely out the door.

"You don't smoke." She stated. He glanced away, regretting that that was the excuse he'd used.

"I have a friend that smokes, I have to buy cigs for him." He explained. She narrowed her eyes and Will regretted mentioning a friend.

"Which friend?" She asked, getting annoying close to his face. He didn't dare move his head back.

"Cecil." He lied. Though, it wasn't as though Cecil was perfect child, so it wasn't too hard to accept that he smoked.

"...Hm. Alright. Fifteen minutes." Natalie decided. She gave him an obnoxious kiss on the cheek, "And I want that to be there when you're back."

"Got it. Love you." Will nodded, rushing out the door. He let out a sigh of relief, but knew he didn't have much time and rushed out of the house. Natalie's parents house, to be exact, though her parents were nearly always on some trip and it was practically hers and Will's house now. Will didn't have much of a choice about that.

Will looked at himself in his phone camera. Huge, bright red lipstick stain on his cheek. Great. He couldn't do anything about it.

He walked into the corner store with his hoodie up, attempting to hide his face a bit. He checked the time. He had fifteen minutes, which means he actually had to be back within thirteen minutes, because Natalie was a liar.

"Will Solace?" A voice asked from behind the counter. Will cringed, hoping not to see anyone he knew. He looked up, locking eyes with a Nico Di Angelo.

"Hello." Will replied simply. He took his hood off because it was far too hot in that small store.

"What're you up to, being here at ten pm?" Nico asked. Will shrugged, mainly because he didn't know that it was that time.

"Nice lipstick mark there." Nico commented. Will didn't respond, grabbing a few different things.

"Concealer, huh? I'd assume it's for the chick that gave you the lipstick stain?" Nico mentioned. It was empty in the small store, and Nico had nothing to do but make small talk.

"Sure." Will muttered. Because no, it wasn't for her. Will was pretty tan, Natalie was basically a vampire. He needed the concealer for himself.

"That's nice of you. There's a sale on these tiny diaries, if you want one. I'm only saying that because we have to and there's too many of these fuckers." He showed off a tiny diary with what seemed to be lavenders on the cover. He was almost tempted to get it just for the pretty design.

"It smells like lavender, too, it that's any help." Nico added. Will shook his head.

"No, thank you."

"That's alright. Your total is on the tiny screen." Nico told him. Will fiddled with his wallet for a moment, pulling out a few crumpled dollars. Crumpled purely because he never bothered to put them in the wallet correctly.

"There you go. See you on Monday at school." Nico smiled at Will, and Will felt something odd within him. He shook it off, grabbing what he'd bought and walking out. He rushed back to Natalie's place. Fifteen minutes. Damn.
