Au Explain: whatever you write/bruises or scars you get show up on your soulmate's skin, visa versa
"So? What about you, Nico?" Leo asked suddenly. Nico pulled up his sleeve, checking it quickly.
"Science notes. And bruises, he seems to get his ass beat often. I'm not all that hell-bent on finding him, honestly. Oh, and these weird back scars." Nico listed off.
"You should find him! It can't be all that hard, really." Piper told him. Nico shrugged.
"Meh. I'm going to the bathroom." Nico stood up, taking his phone with him as he walked to the guy's bathroom. It was odd, though. He opened his camera up to find an all new bruise on his cheek, checked his arms to find more there, including one nearly around his entire wrist. He shrugged it off.
"You don't have a soulmate. You only have me, William, i think you should start listening to the only person you have." A female voice came from within the guy's bathroom, which was definitely odd. He listened, waiting for a response for a moment, but didn't hear one.
He realized why when he walked into the bathroom. There was a medium height girl with overly long, black hair, along with a tan boy with blonde hair. The oddest part, though, was that the girl was holding the boy against the wall by his neck. He was barely touching the ground and struggling against her, scraping at her hand.
Nico hadn't been noticed. So he took the opportunity and grabbed onto the back of her shirt, throwing her backwards. The boy fell, collapsing to the ground and breathing deeply.
"Hey! This isn't your business!" The girl shouted at Nico. Nico raised an eyebrow.
"The fact that you were just choking him is actually my business, considering that that could've gone far further." Nico stated. He stood protectively in front of the boy, despite not knowing him at all.
"Fuck off." The girl told him.
"No thanks. I hope you're ready to go to the principal. And hopefully jail, though I doubt that."
"No one will believe you." The girl smirked. Nico smirked back.
"They don't have to believe me, just the video." Nico told her. He was already sending the video to a few different friends, making sure it was spread. The girl lunged at the phone in his hand.
"Destroy the phone if you want, it'll be little help. Now, you fuck off." Nico commanded. She obeyed, surprisingly, giving up on trying to get the phone and rushing out.
"Are you okay?" Nico asked the boy. Now that he was up close, Nico'd be lying if he said he wasn't attractive. The kid nodded.
"Soulmate." The boy said quietly, voice a bit hoarse. Nico didn't believe him but sure enough, the bruise on the cheek matched. The same poorly written notes was on his arm. And, after looking in a mirror, Nico found that they both had a bruise forming around their necks.
"Glad I saved you then. I'm Nico, you are?"
"Will."
