i was just relaxing at the beach well suddenly i get a call from marina; my good friend who goes to a different school.
"hey what's up! we haven't talked in so long!" i answer her.
"hi i miss you so much!" she said, but she sounded concerned.
"you sound concerned are you okay?" i ask her, worried.
"yeah it's just your boyfriend, joey right?" she asks me.
"yeah... why?" i answer her, but i'm getting even more scared by the second.
"he's breaking into my neighbors house with his blonde friend. he looked familiar and i remember i saw him on your instagram, so i decided to call you," marina explained.
"okay let me calm him, but what's the address of the house? maybe it's his friends or something...?"
"it's on the rose street. does that trigger any memory?" she asks.
i couldn't say anything.
"l-lemme call you back," i said hanging up before giving her time to ask what's wrong.
i remember that street.
some bone inside me was screaming out; telling me it's not a good sign.
