Jennifer scrolled through Aaryns social media pages while on her lunch break. She hadn't heard from her since that day on the beach with Derrick. Aaryn seemed to be busy going out every weekend but not bothering to reach out to her.
Jennifer kept typing messages to send and erasing them when she received a text from Aaryn.
So if I don't talk to you, you don't speak?
Jennifer looked at her phone screen in awe. Aaryn really could be bold, it partly was one of the reasons she was attracted to her, but the lack of manners was far from charming.
How about a hello? Jennifer replied.
Hello... Where you been at?
In my skin... I see you been out, livin ya best life... you don't got time for me anymore?" Jennifer felt like it was enough playing games.
Last time I checked, I hit your line and you didn't have the time.
I told you I had plans. Jennifer quickly replied.
And I told you to cancel them.
I don't just jump when you say to. At this point Jennifer was annoyed with the conversation.
But you do cum when I say too...
Jennifer rolled her eyes, and blushed at the same time. She typed and deleted a few responses.
Nah, but forreal I didn't appreciate bein dismissed like that.
I left my phone in the car. Jennifer couldn't help but wonder if maybe Aaryn did have feelings for her. And just didn't know how to express them. Could this be her opening up?
What were you doin that you didn't need a phone?
I was just out... my break is over I'll talk to you later. Jennifer wasn't ready for the follow up, and to disclose what she was really doing. It wasn't anyone's business but her own., and clearly Aaryn wasn't about to talk about her feelings.
So we just out here being dismissive now huh?
I'm at work, IDK what you expect. Jennifer shook her head. It's like when she gives Aaryn what she wants it's not enough. And when she stands up for herself she's suddenly out of character.
Just get off on time. I'll be there.

Aaryn was parked outside when Jennifer walked out her office building. She instantly started smiling, it took everything in her to not run to the car.
Jennifer got in the car and was instantly immersed in Aaryns scent. She closed her eyes for a moment to take it in, and smiled. When she opened her eyes Aaryn was staring back at her.
"Hey" Jennifer excitedly said.
"Wassup?" Aaryn cocked an eyebrow.
"Nothing give me a kiss." Jennifer leaned over the arm rest and was met with Aaryns soft lips. Jennifer let out a quiet moan. Then she thought about the difference between Aaryn and Derricks lips, and drew back.
"You good?" Aaryn said as they pulled off.
"Yeah I just thougt abot something. My bad."
"What was it?" Aaryn glanced over at her.
"It's not important." She took Aaryns right hand and kissed the back of it
