Unexpected Love

Chapter 33

Caitlin woke up to Barry's arms wrapped around her waist and Natalie taking over her half of the bed. She placed a kiss to her daughter's cheek waking her up.
"Good morning" Caitlin whispered to her daughter.
"Hi mommy" she whispered back.
"Shall we wake daddy up?"
"Yeah" she said as she climbed out of bed ran to the other side and dived onto Barry.
"Wake up daddy" she said as she jumped up and down on top of him.
"Ok, ok I'm up" he grumbled.
"Can I have breakfast please?"
"Sure baby" Barry said picking up his daughter and placing her on the floor.
Then he lent over to Caitlin "good morning beautiful" he said then he placed a tender kiss to her lips.
"Good morning handsome" she smiled at him.
"Ewww" Natalie said as she saw her parents kiss.
"Shut up you" Barry said as he climbed out of bed and chased her into the kitchen. Caitlin smiled at her family and climbed out of bed to join her family in making breakfast. Caitlin took over cooking after Barry burnt the toast and dropped 3 eggs because he was trying to juggle them.
After they ate there breakfast they all got washed and dressed and they headed to star labs.
"Hey Cisco" Caitlin called as they entered the cortex.
"Hey guys" he said from the desk where he was sitting.
"Thank you so much for agreeing to watch Natalie I owe you" caitlin thanked him.
"Hells yes you do" Cisco huffed.
"Thank you again"Caitlin said as she placed a kiss to his cheek.
"Now go and hurry back" he said not wanting to keep a child safe.

At the house viewing

"As you can see this house is brand new with a state of the art kitchen with 4 bedrooms, a dining room, space for a home gym and a playroom, and 2 bathrooms with 1 being an on suite" the landlord said showing Barry and Caitlin every room.
"This house is perfect" Caitlin beamed.
"Yeah it's everything with so much space" Barry smiled as he wrapped his arm around Caitlin's shoulder and squeezed it.
"Amazing so do you want to sign the contract?"
"Yes" Barry and Caitlin said almost instantly in unison.

At star labs

"So Natalie what does 2 carbon atoms mixed with 2 oxygen atoms make?" Cisco asked the little girl.
"Carbon dioxide?"
"Correct your clever girl" he praised.
"Hey Cisco? You here?" Caitlin called as she entered the cortex with Barry following.
"Yeah I'm here" he called from the space next to Barry's suit "so how did the house viewing go?"
"Well..."Caitlin smiled holding up a set of house keys.
"Congrats guys this calls for a celebration" Cisco said hugging his friends.
"What calls for a celebration?" Joe asked when he entered the cortex.
"Barry and Caitlin have bought a new house" Cisco announced.
"Congratulations you too" Joe said giving Barry and Caitlin a hug "this calls for a party tonight at mine" he smiled.
"No alcohol"Caitlin said sternly to Joe.
"I know, I know" he said raising his hands up defensively and smiling at Caitlin.
"Not even a little bit" Barry pleaded.
"Mr Barry Allen" Caitlin said shocked as she crossed her arms over her chest.
"Why don't you let your mother babysit then you both can drink" Joe suggested.
"She's busy" Caitlin said quickly trying to avoid any akward exchanges.
"Oh...ok" Joe said noticing that she had awnsered quickly.
"So my place say 7:30?" Joe asked.
"Yep 7:30" Barry smiled at Joe as he wrapped an arm around Caitlin.
"Ok and Barry be on time for once" Joe said to his son.
"Well you have a beautiful girlfriend it is hard to stay on time" Barry smirked as Caitlin rolled her eyes.
