Chapter 65

Barry placed Caitlin on the kitchen side.
"Thanks for the lift" she smiled at him.
"Your very welcome" he replied winking at her.
Natalie bounced into the room carrying her favourite blanket.
"Hey sweetie" Caitlin smiled at her.
"Hi mommy what's for breakfast?" Natalie asked taking a seat at the kitchen island.
"Anything you want sweetie" Caitlin smiled.
"Erm..." She thought for a moment "pancakes" she smiled.
"Anything for my baby girl" Barry smiled getting to work.
Barry's phone rang on the kitchen counter. Caitlin picked it up and answered it after reading the caller ID was Joe.
"Hey Joe" she said cheerily.
"Hey Caitlin how are you?"
"I'm good thanks for asking Joe how is everyone on your end?"
"There good thanks"
"Why are you calling?"
"I was wondering if Natalie would like to stay at mine tonight?" He asked.
"Hang on let me ask her" Caitlin covered the speaker and moved it away from her mouth.
"Hey Natalie how would you like to stay at grandpa Joe's tonight?"
Natalie's face lit up like a Christmas tree.
"Yes!" She smiled happily. Caitlin smiled and moved the phone close to her mouth again.
"Hey Joe she can't wait" Caitlin smiled.
"Thanks Caitlin I will see you later" Joe said cheerily.
"Ok bye Joe" Caitlin smiled before she hung up the phone and placed it back on the kitchen counter.
"How will I live without my princess for one night?" Barry pulled a frown at Natalie.
Caitlin chuckled at the pair before taking a seat on the counter again.
Ring ring
Caitlin huffed as she jumped down off the counter and picked her phone up. She pulled a face at Barry.
"Who is it?" He asked.
"My mother" she sighed before pressing the button and placing the phone to her ear.
"Hello mother" Caitlin said as cheerily as she could manage.
"Hello Caitlin, how is everyone"
"Good thanks mom"
"Good, I was just calling to ask if Natalie would like to stay at mine tonight?"
"Oh sorry mom but Joe beat you too it" Caitlin apologized
"Oh well never mind and me and your farther will be with you shortly"
"Ok mom see you soon" Caitlin sighed as she hung up the phone and placed it back on the kitchen side.
Caitlin sat on the kitchen side again.
"What did she want?" Barry asked plating up another pancake.
"She wanted to see if Natalie wanted to stay at hers" Caitlin told him popping a strawberry in her mouth.
"Too late" Barry said bitting his lip "what do you want on your pancakes?" Barry asked leaning on the kitchen side.
"Erm.... sirup please?" She smiled.
"Ok come and get it" Barry said before smearing the liquid onto his lips.
Barry stood in front of her. Caitlin began chasing Barry around the kitchen island causing both girls to giggle. Caitlin caught him and sat back on the kitchen counter not letting him go. Caitlin pulled him in-between her legs using her legs.
"Come here you" she said as she grabbed his pajama top and began licking his bottom lip.
Carla and Harry entered the house quietly not alerting the family.
"What is going on here?" Carla asked as she entered the kitchen.
Caitlin and Barry emiditly stopped kissing.
"Sorry mom but Barry had sirup on his lips" Caitlin giggled at his childish behaviour.
"Kids" Harry huffed as he took a seat next to a giggling Natalie.
