"So is it ok to have the party and announce our happiness at yours?" Barry asked Joe on the phone.
"Yes but I wish you would tell me what you and Caitlin are announcing" Joe huffed.
"You will just have to find out" Barry smiled at Caitlin.
"Ok goodbye son see you later"
"Bye Joe" Barry smiled hanging up his phone, he noticed that Caitlin's engagement ring now laid back in its box and not on her finger.
"Cait why did you take the ring off?" Barry asked confused.
"I don't want people to see before we tell them" she told him
"Oh right sorry I'm just..." Barry trailed off looking for a word to describe his happiness.
"Excited" Caitlin said for him as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Excited doesn't even begin to describe how I feel" Barry said lacing a kiss to her lips not wanting too break away.
"Is it safe to enter" Cisco said peering through the door frame, covering his and Natalie's eyes.
"Yes it is Cisco" Barry and Caitlin laughed.
"Hey mommy" Natalie smiled as Caitlin picked her up and placed her on her hip "hello baby girl" Caitlin smiled.
"Hey guys what's this?" Cisco asked as he picked up the ring box from the desk.
"Oh we've been caught" Barry said looking at Caitlin.
"Wait is this what I think this is?!" Cisco asked excitedly.
"Were engaged Cisco" Caitlin smiled brightly with Barry.
"OMG!!!!!" Cisco yelled at the top of his lungs "MY FRIENDS ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!" Cisco yelled again.
Barry and Caitlin smiled and laughed.
"Mommy?" Natalie asked making Caitlin look at her daughter "are you and daddy getting married" she asked.
"Yes sweetie we are" Caitlin smiled at her daughter.
"Yay!" Natalie cried as she hugged both of her parents tightly by their necks.
"But don't tell anyone" Caitlin said sternly.
"Why not?" Cisco asked.
"We were going to tell everyone tonight" Barry explained "but you found the ring" he said with some dismay laying in his voice.
"Sorry" Cisco said hanging his head "I promise to act suprised when you tell everyone" he said.
"Good now come here and give us a hug" Caitlin smiled at him. Cisco ran over and embraced Caitlin, Barry and Natalie into a big bear hug.
"I am soooo happy for you guys" Cisco smiled finally pulling away from the hug.
"What about your parents Cait?" Barry asked.
"Good point I better ring them" Caitlin smiled giving Barry Natalie and placing a kiss to his cheek, she walked into the treadmill room to call her parents.

10 minutes later
Caitlin came back into the room after calling her parents.
"So what did they say" Barry asked wrapping his arms around her waist.
"They're busy tonight with work" she told him as Barry huffed in disappointment "we can still tell everyone else though" Caitlin said making Barry's smile return.
"Good" Barry smiled as he kissed Caitlin passionately.
