8 months later
Caitlin sat at her desk working uncomfortably due to her massive bump.
"Hey Caity" Barry smiled, kissing the top of her head and her stomach. Caitlin groaned in response.
"What's wrong?" He asked sitting next to her.
"I'm sick of being pregnant" Caitlin groaned.
"You look beautiful carrying our baby" he smiled.
"I feel like a whale" Caitlin groaned, Barry chuckled at her nonsense.
"Your as beautiful as the day I fell in love with you" Barry smiled kissing her. Caitlin struggled to stand up from her chair but Barry helped. She made her way over to one of the standing computers but she only made it half way before a gush of water fell to the ground.
"Barry, call Martian. My water broke" Caitlin said as calmly as possible but her face was full of shock.
Caitlin's labour was progressing quickly.
"Well done Caitlin. Your almost there, just one more push" Stein instructed.
"God! Your never touching me again!" Caitlin yelled at Barry.
"Focus, push" Stein instructed.
"Ahhh!" Caitlin yelled as she pushed. Stein caught the baby and tied the ambilical cord before handing the baby to her.
"She's beautiful" Barry smiled.
"Ahhh! I need to push" Caitlin yelled out. Barry took the baby from her and she grabbed the sides of the bed.
"There's something else" Stein said in shock.
"What do you mean something else!?" Caitlin yelled in both pain and shock.
"I think there's another baby!" Stein said in shock.
"God!" Caitlin yelled again.
"Push, Caitlin" Stein instructed "Well done" Stein smiled as he worked on the second, much smaller baby.
"We have twins" Barry said in shock.
"Two lovely ladies" Stein smiled, handing them their second daughter.
"Their beautiful" Caitlin smiled.
"How did you not see the second on the ultrasound?" Barry asked.
"The first was hiding the second behind her, it's rare but it can happen" Stein told them.
"Three girls" Barry smiled in shock.
"What shall we name them?" Caitlin asked him.
"What about something with the same letter?" He suggested.
"How about Ally and Ava?" Caitlin suggested, looking down at the babies in their arms.
"That sounds perfect" Barry smiled, placing a kiss to all of his girls heads.
"My mom is going to kill you, you got me double pregnant" Caitlin and Barry chuckled.
