(Y/N)'s POV
I just woke up in the strangest place ever. A very nice man named Tony Stark discovered my pod, and brought me to his lab. Well, actually he seems nice, but I don't really know who I can trust. I just met a boy about my age. His name is Peter Parker, and he's pretty cute, not gonna lie. No! Snap out of it (Y/N)! You just met the guy, and you don't even know if you can trust him! I slowly let go of the handshake that possibly lasted an unnecessarily long time and the heat in my cheeks slowly faded away. We both stood there, until I decided to spark up a rather normal conversation.

"Hey, so uh what even is this place?" I said, genuinely wondering. I needed to obtain as much information as I could to determine whether I could trust these people or not. Peter looked at me and simply replied "The Avengers Facility." I tilted my head slightly. What in the Milky Way are the avengers? "Avengers?" I repeated. Peter noticed the fault in his answer, and quickly elaborated "Right, you're not from Earth. The Avengers are a group of Earth's Mightiest Heroes. This building is where they work and train. Mr.Stark is Iron Man." My entire body suddenly relaxed. They're heroes.

"Are you on the Avengers?" I asked him. Peter looked at me dead in the eye and realized I was being serious. With that, he slightly laughed and shook his head. "No, I'm uh not that special." He was keeping something from me. I didn't really want to push it because we only just met, so I just smiled and said "oh come on, everyone's special in their own way." He chuckled, looking down at the ground, and smiled "I guess" he replied.

Soon, Tony came back down the stairs. Thank God! The awkwardness is over! "Okay (Y/N) why don't you come upstairs and we can all talk about what to do" he said in a slightly demanding manner. I nodded and followed him back up the stairs. He led me to a conference room and sat me down at the really long table along with multiple other people. I assumed they were the Avengers.

They all stared at me blankly, I'm guessing they were expecting an alien that, well looked like an alien. A lady with short red hair, looked at me and gave me a small warm smile that made me feel better and less uncomfortable. Tony began to talk "Everyone, this is (Y/N)." Everyone stated their names. A man with a red, white, and blue suit smiled and said "Captain America, but you can call me Steve." The woman with red hair said "I'm Black Widow, or Nat, short for Natasha." A man in a business suit and had grayish hair nodded his head and said "Bruce Banner, or the Hulk." Another man with a black and purple leather suit and a quiver said "The names Hawkeye, but Clint is good." The strange looking guy with Red Skin and a Yellow Gem on his forehead, looked nothing like any other alien species I had seen. He extended his arm and firmly said "Vision". The girl beside him with long hair and a long red leather jacket smiled at me and said "My name is Wanda."

After everyone introduced themselves, Tony looked at me, "Tell us about you.". I chuckled nervously, with so many eyes on me, and began "My name is (Y/N) Quill, which you already know. I'm 15 years old. My dad is Peter Quill from Missouri, Earth. That's why I look like a human. My mom is Gamora Zen Whoberis Ben Titan, but she just goes by Gamora, and she's from Zen Whoberi. I inherited my powers from her. So far I only know of my precognitive abilities, because I only just recently found out I have powers. Otherwise, I have no clue if I have any other powers. My family are the Guardians of the Galaxy. They also travel a lot, so even if I wanted to be sent back to space, we can't pin point their location. They sent me away, to Earth to 'keep me safe'." I put up some air quotes at that last part and rolled my eyes.

Everyone was listening very discreetly and nodded, interpreting all of the information I had just provided them with. Everyone thought for a while, staring at me, making me feel uncomfortable again. Steve blurted out "The solution is simple guys. It's obvious that she can't be sent back into space. There was a reason she was sent to Earth. Her parents wanted her safe. She'd be safe here in the facility, and she could train herself to use her powers, if she has more."
