CH 2: Feelings

Start: 17/07/18

Peter went up to Daphne to order.

"Hi Peter" She said. "The ordinary?"

"Yes please" Peter said. "And a chicken toast to"

"How's the Stark work going?" Daphne asked.

"Good" Peter said.

"You can take a table" Daphne said. "Your toast will take some minutes"

Peter nodded and looked around. When he saw Loki he went up to him.

"Hi Loki may I sit here?" Peter asked.

Loki nodded. He didn't have any other choices anyway.

"Thanks" Peter said. "So what are you doing here?"

"Drinking coffee" Loki replied.

"No I mean on Earth" Peter said.

"Avoiding Asgardians" Loki replied.

"Are Thor also here?" Peter asked.

Loki nodded. He didn't know how that kid could have so much energy. Suddenly Daphne came up to them.

"Here's your toast and your coffee" Daphne said.

"Really?" Peter said when he saw the name she wrote down. "Peter and a Parking lot sign?"

"What? I had to do something" Daphne said.

"When are you going to make my name right?" Peter asked.

"I'm not planning to do it anytime soon" Daphne joked

"Aren't you suppose to work?" Peter asked.

"I have ten minutes break now" Daphne said. "So I can disturb you as much as I want to for ten minutes"

"Of course you have" Peter said. "Daphne have you meet Loki?"

"Of course" Daphne said and shook had wit Loki. "He order coffee here every day"

"Really?" Peter said surprised. "I didn't knew that you liked coffee"

"There is a lot of things you don't know" Loki said and gave him a little smile.

Suddenly a girl came up from nowhere.

"Hi Daphne!" The girl said.

Loki could see that Daphne didn't like this girl.

"Who's this?" She asked and nodded towards Loki. "Someone you want to introduce me to"

"Stop it Lily" Daphne said. "Don't bother this man"

"A minute" Lily said and dragged away Daphne. But still close enough for Loki to hear them.

"Oh Daphne. Only because you can't have him it doesn't mean that I can't" Lily said. "So now introduce me to your friend or I'll personally make your life to hell"

"Act normal Drama Queen. I'm done with you remember? We're not friends anymore" Daphne said. "So why don't you go and take your mouth and introduce yourself to him"

"You know. My brothers are out there waiting for me and they would love a challenge" Lily said.

"Only because you are to scared to handle me yourself" Daphne said.

"Oh please. You know I don't believe in that you can fight" Lily said.

"Then sometime you'll personally get to watch me" Daphne said. "And if you excuse me. My break is over"

And then she left Lily right on the spot. After hearing that conversation Loki looked after Daphne. Even when Peter left he just sat there so that no one could hurt her.

And after her shift he followed her in distance. He wanted to make sure that she got home safe because he was afraid that they were waiting for her.

And he was right. Because the moment she was alone on a gate. The girl Lily appeared with red crying eyes and beside her was a tall man.

"Is this her?" The man said.

"Yes" Lily cried. "She told me that I couldn't be worthy anyones love"

"Oh lie less" Daphne said. "And cry less to by the way"

"Hey don't you talk to my sister like that" The man said.

"Come on Jacob. When are you going to realise what's happening?" Daphne asked. "She's just using you"

Loki watched it all from the distance. He didn't want to reveal himself yet. Jacob was pissed of. Loki could see that. But he couldn't see Daphne's face.

Suddenly Jacob tried punch her. Lay eyes on the word tried. Loki hadn't time to react but Daphne did. She stopped the attack with her bare hands and tackled him down.

"As I said earlier" Daphne said. "I'm not afraid of you"

And then she let go. Jacob and Lily took the quickest way out of there. Loki saw the move and recognised it. And it could only come from one place. He went up to Daphne and when she turned around she got scared.

"Have you been following me?!" Daphne asked.

"You're a valkyrie" Loki said.
