Forbidden Love.

Chapter 4

(Skylar's POV)

I woke up the next morning and took a quick shower. I wrapped the towel around my body and blow dried my hair, straightened it, and put my bangs in a little Snookie bump. I didn't really put on that much makeup maybe just some concealer here and there but nothing too big. I added some mascara and went to my closet to pick out an outfit that would be good for today. It seems to be nice out so maybe my red booty shorts and my British top that I had gotten from my last birthday. I added some white ballet flats and headed downstairs. My parent's aren't home yet I wonder why? Oh well. I tried to carry on with my morning but the dream I had last night kept on running through my head.

*Dream*

I was walking on this path that lead to a forest that was by a beautiful lake. I sat down by the lake and layed back looking up at the stars. I just started thinking about everything that had happened with me and Chase, But my thoughts got interrupted by this loud growling. I looked around and saw nothing. I didn't want to think about it so I tried my best to avoid hearing the sound. The growls kept getting louder and louder so I stood up and started walking away quickly. In a matter of no time I was pushed up against a tree and looking into angry red eyes .I haven't seen them before. I suddenly heard a voice that sounded very familiar.

"LET HER GO!" The voice echoed throughout the forest.

I turned my attention towards it and saw Chase, I was really confused about why he would be here but at the moment I didn't care. 

"CHASE!" I looked at him with sorrow and sadness in my eyes.

The man that was holding me dropped me to the ground with a big thud. I tried getting up but I couldn't I was to weak so I fell back to the ground again.

Chase charged toward the man and his eyes turned a fire red and he grew fangs. The two of them collided and in a quick second Chase bit him and drained all the blood out of him his body making him turn pail white. A quick second later Chase snapped his neck in half. I looked at him in shock and he walked towards me.

"Sorry you had to see that" He said in a harmless voice. His eyes now changing back to his ocean blue and glossy green eyes. 

"WHAT WAS THAT?!, WHAT ARE YOU?!, WHY ME?!" I whimpered breathlessly and yelled.

he looked at me in shock. "Skylar..I have to tell you something...Im a vampire..And your my soulmate. That man that had grabbed you was a bad vampire, Vampires like him kill humans unlike me and my family who kill animals" He said looking into my eyes searching for my answer.

"Why would people be after me? And if you're a vampire show me you're fangs" I stated.

Chase came closer to me and opened his mouth to reveal a shiny pair of fangs. "People are after you because I'm the strongest and most powerful vampire and you are my soulmate so they are going to try and get to me by taking you away from me, Please don't be scared" He pleaded.I looked at him and smiled. 

"Why are you smiling?" He asked confused.

"Because you told me the truth.I love vampires so that's a plus.  And I would never be scared of you Chase, No matter if you're a vampire or not. And I kinda like the fact that i'm you're soulmate" I spoke.

Chase looked at me with a large smile and embrassed me in a huge hug. I felt so safe in his arms and I never wanted to leave. He looked up at me, and spoke. 

"I love you skylar" He pecked my lips and then vanished.

*End of dream*

I don't know why but it just keeps replaying through my mind. Maybe I should call Natalie and see what she's doing this weekend.
