Chapter 10

I walked back into the house followed by Chase and Shadow. I looked at both of them and they had worry in their eyes. I smirked and sat on the couch. They followed me and sat on each side of me.

"Soo....What are you planning on making us do?" They questioned.

"Dance to I'm sexy and I know it, While I video tap you. Warning this may go on YouTube" I snickered.

They looked at each other wide eyed.

"You can't be serious?" Chase asked.

"Dead serious" I said.

They sighed and nodded their heads in agreement.

I walked up the stairs to my bag and grabbed my Ipod and camera and walked back to the living room to where the boys were. They sighed and got ready to humiliate themselves. 

I put the music on and grabbed my camera and pointed at them for them to start dancing and they did. 

The song had finished and I stopped the recording. As much as I wanted to hold in my laughter I couldn't. I burst into laughter that was so bad that I had tears coming out of my eyes. Chase and Shadow looked at each other and smirked. They picked me up and I stopped laughing.

"Hey-No- Put me down!" I hollered.

"Sorry, No can do" Chase stuck his tongue out at me.

They headed towards the backyard and walked towards the pool. I looked at them in shock and hung onto the both of them tightly so they couldn't throw me in.

"Don't worry it will be quick" Shadow grinned.

"It's just water" Chase smiled evilly.

I put my arms around both their heads and kicked my legs forward making both of them fly into the pool. I dropped to the ground laughing. They popped up and jumped out of the pool soaking wet.

"It's-Just-Water--" I said in between laughs.

They glared at me.

"There's no winning with you is there" Chas said.

"Nope" I smiled innocently.

"Ugh, well I better go home and change, See ya guys" Shadow said.

"Bye" We said in unison and waved.

Chase looked at me and grinned. I looked at him full of confusion. I started walking backwards but Chase appeared right behind me.I stopped walking as soon as I hit his chest.

"Chase...What are you doing..." I questioned.

He smiled. "Oh you know, Nothing much...But it's only fair since you got me wet for me to get you wet"

I looked at him for a quick second then started to run. But it was no use. Chase grabbed my waist and hugged me tightly getting me all wet.

"You" I glared.

He laughed and smiled cheekily.

"It's only fair" He said and walked back into the house.

We opened the door to see Chase's mother cleaning the dishes. She looked towards us.

"What happened to you guys? Wheres Shadow and why are you all wet?" She asked.

"Well let's just say we were hanging around the pool and we became soaked. So Shadow went home" Chase laughed a little.

His mother nodded and smiled.

"Well get cleaned up, We don't need either of you being sick" She exclaimed.

We nodded and headed upstairs.

"So do you want to take a shower first?" Chase asked.

"No that's fine, You can go" I said.

Chase nodded and got his stuff. About 25 minutes later Chase was done and walked out in shorts and no shirt.His hair was dripping wet and I tried my best to not stare. But let's be reasonable here, It's kinda hard to avoid something that good looking. I mean he was ripped. Without even noticing I had been staring at him all along.

"Like what you see" Chase winked.

I got out of my gaze and blushed a pure shade of red. He smiled with his pearly white teeth and laughed at my expression.

"Well your turn" He said.

I nodded and headed towards the shower. When I had finished I turned off the water and wrapped the towel around me. I looked around for my clothes but I seemed to have forgotten them on the bed. I didn't really feel comfortable with Chase seeing me in a towel but you gotta do what you gotta do. 

I walked out of the bathroom holding the towel tight against my body. Chase was on the bed playing on my Ipod and he looked up at me with his jaw dropped. I blushed.

"Sorry I forgot my clothes" I mumbled shyly.

Chase bit his lip and nodded his head. He looked at me head to toe and took in a deep breath. I grabbed my clothes and headed back to the bathroom to change. I came back out and sat next to him. he smiled his cute smile.

(Chase's POV)

When Skylar walked out in just a towel my jaw dropped. I couldn't help but look her up and down. I mean she was gorgeous and the way her dripping wet hair was dripping down her body gave me shivers. What can I say, I'm a dude. We enjoy seeing these things. She came back from the bathroom changed, her hair in a ponytail and she was in Sponge bob Square pants pajamas. She looked adorable. No not just adorable, Like an angel. I wanted to kiss her sooo bad but I just smiled.

(Skylar's POV)

I looked at Chase and cuddled close to him. 

"So what do you want to do now?" I asked.

He put my Ipod on the counter next to us and turned his attention towards me.

"Are you hungry?" He asked.

"Just a little" He nodded and got up from the bed and turned his back towards me.

'What are you doing?" I questioned.

"Hop on my back, It's piggy back time" He chuckled.

I laughed and hopped on. He rushed down the stairs to the kitchen in seconds. His parents looked at us and smiled.

"That was almost like Twilight" I laughed.

"Nooo, It was better then twilight" He grinned.

I laughed once more.

"So what are you children doing here?" David asked.

"Dad we aren't children, And Skylar was hungry"Chase replied.

His father nodded and I got something to eat. When I finished his mother spoke.

"Well its getting late, You two should go to bed"

We nodded and went upstairs and straight to bed. We cuddled up and a few minutes later we were both instantly asleep.

(Shadow's POV)

Well I seem to have met the lovely Skylar that Chase had been talking about. She isn't that bad but sadly I am. I have been friends with Chase for years and what he doesn't know is that I'm part of the ventrue. I'm meant to find out everything that happens and we all know that humans and vampires aren't supposed to have any relationships.It is my job to stop them. The note that was in Skylar's home was put there by me. I decided to warn them to watch their backs. But of course Chase has to be a Romeo and save his princess. I will have to find another way to break them apart because it seems that Chase is very protective over her and won't let her leave him or get into any danger. Hmm, What shall I do next.
