Chapter 3

After gym, I headed to my locker. Natalie had to leave earlier because she had a ride to take her home. As I was packing up my bag I felt someone lean against my locker. I looked up and saw the most beautiful green and blue eyes ever. It was chase. He looked breath taking. 

"Hey" I said and smiled.

"Hey, So are you ready to go?" He asked while playing with the strap of his Adidas's bag.

"Yup, let's go" I said smiling at him. The moment we both turned around to head out everyone was looking at us and some of the girls gave a few evil glares, But I didn't mind. We exited the school and starting walking to our cars. Out of coincidence Chase was parked right beside me, I looked at him.

"Stalker" I joked and laughed a lil.

He opened his mouth and inhaled a big dramatic breath and put his hand on his heart as if I had just offended him.

"How dare you clam me a stalker" He said trying to keep a straight face.

I looked at him and in a matter of seconds we both erupted into laughter. I hoped into my car and started driving to my house with Chase following me not to far behind. In about 10 minutes we had arrived. I stepped out of my car and Chase stepped out of his. He picked up his bag and looked at me in amazement. 

"What?" I asked.

"YOU'RE HOUSE IS HUGE!" He said in astonishment. 

I laughed at him, then lead him the way inside. When we entered the house we took our shoes off and headed upstairs to my room. My parents weren't home yet but they usually get home in like an hour. I noticed Chase staring at my drawing book. 

"You draw?" He asked.

"Only when i'm bored" I said.

"Oh, Mind if I take a look?" He said curious.

"Sure, Go ahead" I spoke

He opened the book and started to look through some of the pages, after awhile he looked at me and spoke.

"You're really good, And I have a feeling that your into vampires because most of your drawings are of them" He chuckled a lil.

I smiled "I love vampires, I mean even though they aren't real I'm still fantasized about their way of life, and the things they do" I said.

"Soo, If you met a real vampire you wouldn't be scared of them?" He asked with mystery in his voice.

"Nope, I would probably be excited and eventually want to be one" I told him in excitement.

He smiled his gorgeous smile and I couldn't help but smile back.

"We should probably get a move on with this project" He said.

"Ya, good point." I said 

We both started to do our half of the questions and in about half an hour we were done. I got up and went to go sit by Chase who was on my bed cross legged looking like a little 6 year old boy. He looked adorable. 

"So how did it go?" He asked.

"It went well, Not like they were easy or anything but it's pretty good for me" I chuckled. "What about you?,How did it go?"

"It was boring, But it's done so I'm not complaining" He laughed.

It was an awkward silence for a few minutes and all the both of us were doing was looking into each others eyes. I seemed to be getting lost in them and every second we kept getting closer and closer. Our for heads were now touching and my eyes were now looking from Chase's lips to his eyes. My hands were around his neck and his arms were around my waist pulling me as close as possible. He looked into my eyes and down to my lips and we both leaned in. As soon as our lips touched it was magical, It was like there was nothing around us and we were the only people in the world. Our lips were moving in sync perfectly and the kiss seemed like it was forever. I didn't want it to end but we both pulled away. It was silent for a few seconds and we just looked at each other.

"Uhm...Sorry for that,,I..Uh couldn't help it.." Chase kinda stuttered.

"Its fine...uhm..sooo.." I said awkwardly.

'Well..I gotta go so see you at school on Monday" He said in a uneasy tone.

"Ok, Have a fun weekend" I smiled.

He smiled back and came towards me and gave me a peck on the lips and left.

(Skylar's POV)

I cannot believe what had just happened, ME AND CHASE KISSED! I mean we just met eachother today and we've already kissed. I think I like him....But I should probably wait and see what happens between us. But honestly that was the best kiss i've ever had. I'm not so sure I should tell Natalie about it though....

(Chase's POV)

I JUST KISSED A HUMAN! I could get in sooo much trouble if the vampire council found out about it. From the moment I walked into that school I could tell that Skylar was my soulmate, And I know I shouldn't read her mind because that's an invasion of privacy but at lunch time it seemed to be the right moment cause out of the corner of my eye I could tell that she was thinking about something. So I read her mind and good thing is, Is that she likes me. After the kiss at her house I didn't know what to do. It was amazing and perfect and just breath taking. But she likes vampires so eventually I could tell her about me being one. Hopefully when I do she doesn't tell anyone about it, But for now i gotta get home and get ready to feed at the cabin with the family. I probably should drink alot of blood so I can control myself at school and everything. Maybe tonight I should go into Skylars dreams and tell her I'm a vampire and see what she says..hmm....
