Halloween Party part 2

Jungkook took a deep breath before slowly approaching IU. He could do this. He knew he could. Taehyung's words rung in his mind and he nodded his head in determination. There was nothing to be afraid of. He would not let Chung-Ho win. He may be his friend but that doesn't mean he would let him have IU. Not without a fight.

The fear in his eyes was clear. His hands shook violently and sweat spilled down his cheeks. The feeling of sickness he felt before returned to him at the sight of IU in Chung-Ho's arms once again.

His hand nervously trembled as he reached it out towards IU's shoulder and tapped it gently. "U...umm....may I...I cut in." He stuttered, cursing under his breath at how obviously nervous he sounded. He had done such a good job at improving his confidence around IU, he couldn't ruin that.

"Sure." Chung-Ho shrugged. "I was just about to head over to get a drink anyhow, would either of you like something?" He asked. IU and Jungkook shook their heads at his question before watching him leave to get a drink.

Jungkook then nervously but swiftly put IU in his arms. IU had both of her hands around his neck. Jungkook felt his heart race erratically due to just how close his crush was to him. She was beautiful and flawless. He especially loved her costume for the party. She was dressed as an adorable pirate. Even though the fact that Chung-Ho's costume was matching (probably intentionally) did insanely bother him, her adorableness just made him shrug that fact off.

"I love your costume sooooooo much! It's so cute! I thought you would dress in a scary costume but when I saw you and the others dressed like this, I just could not help but melt." She squealed, almost sounding like a full on fangirl. Jungkook chuckled after hearing this and lightly patted IU's head. "Thanks, you look cute to." He commented. IU giggled in response to that.

IU then brightly smiled towards Jungkook and sighed. "Oh well, Taehyung looked adorable in the Snow White costume as well." She shrugged. Jungkook burst out laughing at that comment, his bunny smile could be clearly seen. "Taehyung being called cute, I'll never stop teasing him for that." He laughed, wiping the tears in his eyes from his laughter. "Why? He is adorable though. He'd probably love being called cute! At least, if he were a fanboy!" She defended. Jungkook grinned and shook his head after hearing IU's reply. "Trust me he won't, and I'm not just saying that because he is a fan." He laughed. IU raised her eyebrow after hearing that comment. "He's a fan? Geez you should have told me, I would have given him my autograph." She huffed. Jungkook just laughed at his crush's cuteness and childishness.

Then, out of nowhere her eyes began to light up, as if some kind of insane thought reached her mind. "I just remembered, I was exploring Chung-Ho's garden earlier and saw something amazing! I really want to show you! I know you'll like it!" She squealed.

The excited girl pulled on Jungkook's arm and dragged him to the garden excitedly. Jungkook stared at his friend/rival's garden in awe. He expected a normal garden, but instead he found an entire field with beautiful flowers of every sort and hills everywhere. It was amazing.

IU then led Jungkook to one of the hills and lay on it. Jungkook stared at IU in confusion. Hadn't she said that she had something in the garden to show him? Why was she just laying on a hill on the grass?

"What are you waiting for, slowpoke? Lie down already." She pouted childishly. Jungkook chuckled in response. He then lay next to her as instructed. "Now, look up." The girl instructed. Jungkook, once again did as told, and when he did his heart stopped.

The most breath taking, eye widening blanket of stars painted the sky. It was one of the most beautiful sights he had ever seen. In fact he almost teared up at the sight.
