"Rose?"

"John?" Rose mocked, he gave her a scowl but continued to talk.

"What would be your regular?"

She raised her eyebrows, "You sound like you know I'm gonna be here often."

"Weeeellll, you have been coming here around nine the past three days. With your laptop, so I mean. I would expect so." He responded.

Rose gave him a grin that he could only return. He couldn't already have feelings for the girl, he's only met her. Donna would call it 'Love at first sight'; she did appeal to him, not in a one night thing. She was nice, clever, pretty. Pretty doesn't cut it, Beautiful, all pink and yellow it seemed.

"I guess I'll take a raspberry caramel macchiato."

John raised his eyebrows. "You're that kinda girl?"

"What'd you mean?"

"They say your coffee choice is what you are. Like Donna for example, she likes a chocolate chip frappe. Cold, but sweet."

Rose giggled, "I wonder how she respond to that."

He scrunched up his face, "'OI, watch it Smith.' Is how."

"What would my coffee say about me?" She asked

"Hmm, well, strawberries are sweet, so that's one thing. It's warm and that might say you're warm hearted. But it's quite strong so it might say your tough or strong willed and such. So overall you're coffee could say you are a great person." He shrugged and walked over to Rose to hand her the coffee.

He sat next to her on the couch, peaking at her computer screen.

"Nosey." Rose stated,

"Hmm?"

She whacked his arm, "You act like you're so innocent."

"What'd I do?" He asked, voice higher than usual.

"Peaking at my story then just humming as if it's a blog."

"Well, from he document, it's obviously not a blog due to the format and you called it a story." He tugged on his ear, "Oh! OH! You're writing a book, and your name is Rose; wait, you aren't that Rose? Rose Tyler? The girl who wrote that si-fi book? You are her!"

He gave her a grin like a child who had just solved a challenging math problem, or a puppy who brought back the ball. Either way, it was absolutely adorable with his sparkling brow eyes and mused hair.

"Glad you can actually put things together."

"Cheeky. But Infinite Four is my favorite book."

Rose quirked an eyebrow, "Really?"

"Yes. It has been since it came out."

"Four years?"

"Yup." He popped the 'p' in response.

She smiled and laughed breathlessly, "Well, I guess we're just learning each other's favorites tonight."
