I could not sleep last night questions kept buzzing around in my head like, how was I spouse to focus tommorow and the thought that I had to see that bastard josh scared the hell out of me. I really did not want to go to this court thing. but I had to and I knew harry would be there for me he's proved that.

We didn't have to go to school today well I mean me,harry,niall,louis and kayley. we were all to nervous about the court. it was currently 3:00 and the car drive was about 30 minutes away. "it'll be ok" Kayley says and puts her hand on my shoulder. "I know" I say trying to convince myself. then we hear a knock on the door. it was harry and the boys "are you ready" harry whispers so me. to be honest no I was not. I guess harry could tell it was a no because he put his arm around me and moved me closed to him. I accepted. we all then started to make our way to the parking lot... we all got into Harrys car. Harry was driving I was in the passenger seat and the others were in back "are you ok" harry asked looking over to me. "no" I admit. he gives me a worried glance and goes back to driving. I don't no why I was so nervous it's not like I was the one going to jail... Once we arrived at the court house we all enterd.. "go on in" the police says. harry takes me hand and I squeeze. as we enter the court room we take our seats in the rows. I see the jury on one side and the 2 stands them the judges desk along with the witness in front. I felt like I was going to puke. I did not want to be here not did anyone else. so all I have to say is fuck you josh. them everyone started to crowd in and the judge sat at his desk. looking at papers. then all of a sudden I froze they brought josh in. he had on a orange suit and handcuffs. he looked terrible. I glanced at harry who I guess had noticed because he was giving josh the death glare. "harry stop" I whispers and he stopped. "he better go to god damn prison" I heard harry mutter I didn't reply. "alright alright" the judge spoke hitting his mallet on the table. "I understand this case is josh Greene attempting to rape Samantha Coleman. "yes your honor" the police spoke then the prosecutor took over. I was forced to move to 1 of the 2 front desks with my lawyer. "We call harry styles up to the stand" he spoke and harry went up to the witness stand. "now mr.styles what exactly would you say happend" he asked and harry explained what happend. "ok you may sit down" the guy finally said after he was done. and harry sat down. "now ms.coleman" the guy said "please come up" I did as told "do you have any evidence" he spoke "yes 4 witnesses" I spoke my voice was shaky "so like no pictures,videos,bruises. "no" I spoke knowing well what he was getting at. I noticed josh was staring at me. I avoided him. we finished talking and I sat down. the court continued and everyone told there story. everyone was waiting while the judge and jury were discussing there final dissuon "we have decided he is innocent" then the judge slammed the mallet down and it was all over. I froze. literately. not being able to move I felt a hand comfort me "it will be ok" Harrys voice was soft on my skin. I just wanted to cry but this was not the time nor the place. He grabbed my hand and we left the building silent. we knew josh would be returning later today. Once we reached the school everyone left to there rooms exsept harry and I we got out. and I cried into his shoudler. he comforted me but it didn't work. I had to go to the same school as a rapist. I was scared and still am. "he won't touch you" Harrys voice was stiff ams cold. I knew he wouldn't let anything happens to me but what if it did.

HARRYS P.O.V.

I wasn't going to let that basterd touch sam. and if he tried I wasn't afraid to fight back. we walked back into the school. "do you want to go to dinner" I asked silently "sure just let me change" she said and we headed to her dorm. I waited outside until she came back with shorts and a sweatshirt on. she fixed her makeup. but she still looked lost and scared. I put my arm around her waist and we walked to dinner. I let go of my grasp on her as we enterd. we grabbed our food and silently say down at the table. Witch now had niall,louis,zayn,liam, kayley and libby. everyone at the table was silent mostly because everyone knew what was going on. then all of a sudden I noticed Niall get wide eyes. "what" I asked "look behind ya mate" Niall said and glanced down. I turned around to see josh walk In and sit down at a table alone. he glanced over at Sam and smirked. what am arsehole. I swear I will beat the shit out of him. "he's looking at me" Sam muttered as she gestured towards josh. "He won't be for long" I scuffed and glance away. she scooted closer to me and played with her bracelet. she was nervous. This school was made to make Kids feel safe and educated but Sam couldn't at least not with that bastard around. I will get him back if it's the last thing I do.
