"Wh-what?!" Jim exclaimed. "No way. I can't do that. You now I suck at babysitting."

"You haven't tried it before," Amelia said and lifted the three small kittens up in her arms.

Delbert came with his only son and give him to me. I was also shocked. This came as an emergency.

"It's so long time since Delbert and I have been alone and thought it would be a good idea," Amelia said. "Just for a couple of days."

She tried to give her three girls to Jim, but he backed up with his hands in front of his chest.

"No, I- I can't. I'll probably just drop them or something.."

"Don't be silly," Delbert said. "Look at (Y/N) she's doing it just fine."

"Yeah, but I'm not her."

"I'll count to three," Amelia said.

"No no no!"

"One."

"No!

"Two.. Three!"

She acted like she was gonna drop them, but Jim bowed down and grabbed them and held them close to his chest.

"Look! You're good at it," she said. "Now, the information about them are on the piece of paper in the kitchen. Bye!"

Then they walked off to their taxi. And just when the babies couldn't see them anymore they all started crying. I looked at Jim who looked totally lost with the babies in his arms.

"Don't worry Jim," I said. "We'll figure it out."

The babies had cried nonstop and Jim and I was sitting in the inn's living room. We could hear them all the way from our bedroom.

"That's it," Jim said. "I'll call Amelia and Delbert."

He stood up, but I stopped him.

"Jim. No. We have to do this.. for them.. they would've done the same thing to us."

He sighed.

"You're right, but what are we gonna do?"

"I'll go get some bedtime stories, maybe then they'll fall asleep.."

He nodded.

"Let it go fast then."

Half and hour had went and I was finally back at the inn. I cake running into the dining room where I saw Sarah, Jims mother.

"Where's Jim at?" I asked her.

"With the babies," she said with a smile. "Where have u been?"

Omg story," I said and ran past her.

I ran past the living room and up the stairs to our bedroom and opened the door.

"Sorry I'm la-"

"Shh!"

I looked confused at Jim who had two of the baby girls in his arms and was feeding them both at the same time while the baby boy and the third girl were playing on the floor with some toys Amelia had left.

"Jim.. what's going on?" I asked.

"It turned out that they were just hungry and bored.." he said while rocking back and forth on the chair.

I smiled at him and the kids. I knew he could do it if he just wanted to. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his neck and rested my head on his shoulder.

"I knew you could," I said. "You're good at babysitting."

"I guess," he said.

I kissed him on his cheeks and gave him a little squeeze before walking over to the two babies playing on the ground to join them.

Maybe this could be Jim's and I in a few years too.. maybe..
