A Fat belly. Having troubles to find your size in a clothing store? Don't be sad! You aren't alone in this planet.

Obesity is a big problem! Why? Let's make the list of diseases:

1. Diabetic
2. Heart disease
3. High blood pressure
4. Cholesterol, and etc.

Not to mention lack self esteem.
Change your diet the easy way. Start today! Start right now!

#Drink more water. Not bottled         juices, soda, or beer. Just ordinary water. Do  you know? Water increase your metabolism rate. And hot water creates miracles to your metabolism.

Most health problems come from drinking too much cold water. High cholesterol, heart disease, obesity, and etc. Don't eat ice cream after meal, please. If you want ice cream, eat between meals (2-3 hours after your last meal).

#Less beer, please! Beer will make your belly fat. This isn't joke, guys! Change to red wine or white wine if you really wanted to drink. It will be much better. Of course too much drinking is bad for your liver.

#Go organic! Eat less factory made foods. Eat fresh farm products. Eat more fruits and veggies. Factory made foods contained food additives, enormous amount of sugar, salt, and chemical flavours. Bad for health. Add inches to your waist. Now you know why you have that big belly?

#Eat less salt and sugar. Stop adding ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and etc to your foods. Too much salt will make you fat. You know about sugar. I bet you never know about salt.

#Walk around more!
Most folks are too lazy to go to gym. No time for sports. Still they have plenty time to watch their favorite soap operas. While feeding themselves with popcorns, pizzas and other junk foods. Next time eat fruits while watching TV.

The good news is the best sport is easy. Walking! No matter how old you are, walking is the best sport. It's cheap and available for everyone. Just walk to the nearest mini market next time you need to buy anything. Or take a bus to work. More walking = greater metabolism = reduce fat.

Swimming is a good sport to reduce fat. It's also very recommended for folks with back pain or joints problems.

#Carbohidrat? Eat less. Don't cut them off completely.
People always say eat less meat. Eat less cheese. Not many folks say eat less carbo. Too much carbo will make you fat. No carbo and you won't have enough energy for doing your job.

Go and make a balance. Eat less noodles and breads. And eat more healthy carbo like whole grain bread, rice, granola and havermut.

The trick is to eat less than usual. Not drastically. Or you would crave for more foods. And ruined your diet.

If you used to eat one bread for lunchtime. Cut off 1/4 of your meal. Add more veggies to your meal. Maybe tomatoes if you didn't like green veggies. Or buy smaller bread.

A week or two weeks later, cut off 1/4 of your meal again. (It means you only eat 1/2 than your former food).

Remember, go slow (one-two weeks). Don't force yourself to cut carbo too much. Let your belly adjust first. Or you would be craving for junk foods.

Each person has different level of stomach needs. If you kept feeling hungry, it means you cut off carbo too fast.

If you eat rice as staple foods, eat less (cut off two spoonful each weeks). Add more veggies, fruits to your diet.

#Eat steamed foods, slow cooking foods, not fried or grilled foods. And definitely less junk foods.

You could eat junk foods. In smallest portion available. If it's a chocolate bar, buy the smallest one available in the store. Cut it into two and share it with your loved ones. Your lover, spouse, or your pets (if it was hotdog or burgers).

Warning: Don't feed chocolate to a dog. It's harmful to them.

#Sleep 7-8 hours a day.
Lack of sleep made you hungry. Your brain kept demanding sugar /junk food. 10pm -5 am is considered the best time for sleeping.

#Drink fat burner
Green tea or black coffee have been known as fat burner for ages. The secret is to drink it daily. Not too thick. And never add sugar, milk or creamer.( If you have gastric problems or heartburn, you should avoid drinking tea, coffee, lemonade and other sour stuffs.)

Milk tea is extremely dangerous for your health. Don't drink it daily. It contains enormous sugar and fat. People usually pay attention to foods they ate. Not drinks. Sweet drinks could lead to diabetics.

Warning: This is the reason why youngsters nowadays have diabetics in their life. Too much soda, snacks, sweet drinks and less exercises.

#Less stress in daily life

Stress would trigger secretion of cortisol hormone in your body. It's a type of hormone that would control your blood pressure when you are feeling stressful.

This hormone would also increase fat building around your waist and stomach. This hormone would also demand sugar to fight the stress. Now this is why there's stress eating behavior.

How to fight stress?

Stop comparing yourself with other folks! (Don't use other people's shoes)

Success doesn't being measured with how much money you earned. Or what type is your car. 

If you have a good family, good health and have a job, you are already prosperous! Most people don't have all of them.

If you kept wishing your spouse/ lover to change, stop! You would only be stressful. No real results. A smoker would always be a smoker. A gambler would always gamble even if he/ she had lost everything. And a couch potato would always sits on a couch, watching TV.

Rules for easy happy diet:

1. Eat more healthy food (home made, slow cooked food), avoid factory made foods

2. Eat in smaller portions every 4 hours.
Exp: If you had breakfast at 7 am, eat some fruits, maybe an apple or bananas around 10 am. Try to eat healthy snacks like Granola, muesli or oatmeal.

3. Never skip breakfast. You would only crave for more junk foods

4. Junk foods should only be eaten twice-three times a week.
And shared them with others. Don't eat them alone. Buy the smallest version available in store.

5. Sleep 7-8 hours a day (10 pm-5am) Lack of sleep made you crave for sugar (junk foods)

6. Control your stress level
Meditation, yoga, work out in gym or simply doing your hobbies. It will reduce your stress a lot.

How to measure your diet is successful or not?

Forget body scale! Use a measuring tape. And measure your waist. Less inches means your diet is working. Good luck! Remember don't give up. Say no to stress
