16: Party

BAILEY POV

I got back to my dorm and checked the time.

5:30 pm.

I have an hour and a half to get ready for the party, and I have no idea what I am going to wear yet.

I looked around the dorm and found no one there. Where could my roommates be?

I was a bit disappointed, just because I wanted them to maybe come along. They would have liked that.

I sighed and took a shower. Then, I headed over to my closet and tried to pick out a nice dress. What should I wear?

After rummaging through my clothes, I finally decided on a cute black mini dress that had the perfect balance of a party and casual look.

Then, I put half my hair up and applied some light makeup.

When I was done, I checked the time to see that it was 6:30. I'm done early.

I headed over to the living room and plopped myself onto the couch.

What should I do for the next thirty minutes?

Just as I was contemplating, I heard a knock on my door. Hm? Is he here already?

I went over to the door and opened it, only to reveal Taehyung, looking oh so handsome as ever, and six other boys, half of which I already knew.

When Taehyung saw me, I saw as his eyes widened. I laughed at his reaction, thinking he was just being nice.

"Oh come on! This is so unfair to my heart." He said as he grasped his chest. I blushed madly.

He just looked at me and his friends were silently waiting for an introduction.

Finally, Jimin, one boy I knew, nudged Taehyung in the back, which brought him back to a state of regularly blinking.

"Beautiful... I mean... you look... the dress... I mean just... wow you're-"

"You look beautiful." Jhope said for Taehyung. I giggled and blushed.

"Thanks... and wow look at all of you! So handsome! Although... I believe there are a few faces I don't know yet?" I asked. Taehyung nodded and turned around to his friends.

"Oh right... Bailey, you already met Yoongi, Jhope, Jimin, and Jungkook. These are my other hyungs: Jin hyung and Namjoon hyung... and hyungs, this is Park Bailey." Taehyung introduced. We bowed to each other.

"Nice to finally meet you! We've heard a lot about you." Jin said. Oh my gosh... he's so handsome.

"Remember Minah noona from the restaurant? This is her boyfriend." Taehyung explained. I nodded in understanding.

"Okay! Well the party is gonna start soon so we should get going!" Namjoon said. With that, we all got on their van and started to drive there. Namjoon was driving, Jhope sat in shotgun, I sat with Yoongi and Taehyung in the first row, and Jungkook, Jimin, and Jin sat in the back.

"So... Bailey! Tell us more about you! What got you into acting?" Namjoon asked from the front.

"Oh... I don't know I just always loved it. Its fun to be someone else sometimes, ya know?" I said.

They agreed.

"Can you show us a quick acting bit? Tae said you're really good." Jhope said. I blushed.

"I'm not really that good haha. I still have a lot to improve on." I said.

"Come onnn show us something!" Jin persisted. I got nervous and Taehyung just smiled at me.
