Philip briskly leaves the room, still holding me. "How long have you been awake Dan? What did you hear?" He asks, looking down at me.
"I-I dont know how long I was awake. But I heard everything after the other guy talked about the rules. Who are you? How do you know my name? Where am I? What's going on? You said I'll wake up next week. If thats true, how am I awake now? What did you mean vampire? Am I a vampire? Are you? Are you the one that attacked me? If so, what did you do to me? And why? What's the transformation? And why shouldn't I survive?"
He stops walking and sets me on a couch in the hall. "Slow down. One question at a time. I'll answer all of them unless it's one I'm not allowed to answer or I dont know the answer to."
I nod and ask my questions again.
